西非地區(qū)港口被認為是西非國家經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。這些港口作為服務提供商,不應因管理不善而導致任何運營損失。鑒于服務港口的復雜性和多樣化,以及對快速管理決策的需求,所以定期向港口管理人員提供關(guān)于運行性能的報告和分析顯得至關(guān)重要�？仆信畚挥谪悓�,由于與其運營相關(guān)的諸多原因,目前是西非效率最低的港口之一,盡管該港口擁有其他港口所不具備的潛在優(yōu)勢。鑒于此,港口高級管理人員最近采取了一些擴大港口并使其現(xiàn)代化措施,從而推動港口運營,提升市場競爭力。然而,目前采取的舉措似乎遠遠不夠。港口的現(xiàn)狀促使其管理者和投資者對影響科托努港效益的決定因素進行更多的研究,以便找出有益的對策。本文通過調(diào)查分析評定了科托努薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的原因,同時通過多線性回歸分析對港口的集裝箱吞吐量進行了評估。該評估顯示,工作人員不足、港口區(qū)域管理不善、用時低效、陸港匱乏以及公私伙伴關(guān)系不佳是影響科托努港績效的主要因素。另外,回歸分析結(jié)果表明,還存在另外三個影響港口運營的因素,即相關(guān)就業(yè)問題、船舶處理時間和集裝箱處理時間。該分析確立了集裝箱需求函數(shù),并預測未來幾年的集裝箱吞吐量。借助這一需求函數(shù),科托努港的管理人員可以預測未來幾年他們必...
