國際多式聯(lián)運集裝箱共享模型研究

自自20世紀50年代中期以來,集裝箱共享系統(tǒng)一直處于轉型階段。它已經從無組織的貨物處理技術轉變?yōu)楣芾砹己、有效的大型船舶系統(tǒng)。集裝箱的使用經歷了幾項改進,包括提高多式聯(lián)運生產率,從而縮短了從一點到另一點的過渡時間。已記錄到貨物損壞的顯著減少。這種趨勢給托運人和承運人帶來了巨大的利益。相反,除了多個可變和固定成本外,增加了運營復雜性。在經濟動蕩時期的激烈競爭中,控制這些因素至關重要。本文就空箱管理、空箱運輸中存在的問題進行了探討,旨在為空箱管理、空箱運輸找到合適的解決方案。我們建立一個更務實的模型,可以優(yōu)化全球空箱的移動。這種新的方法評估了集裝箱共享系統(tǒng)的有效性,并且對集裝箱共享操作提供了見解。為此,我們從實際情況中模擬了四個區(qū)域的數(shù)據(jù)集:A、B、C和D。為此目的,本文采用了一種新穎的多標準決策(MCDM)方法來模擬國際集裝箱共享系統(tǒng)(ICSS)。該方法分析了各種判斷標準,提出了不同的可能發(fā)生的情況和對應的解決方案。然后,使用關聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘系統(tǒng),以減少規(guī)則的數(shù)量并有效地進行合理組合。接著,利用所選規(guī)則設計了一個學習數(shù)據(jù)庫的模糊決策系統(tǒng),最后,利用提出的模糊多準則決策系統(tǒng)(FMCDM)來測試...
