路面免碾壓貧混凝土基層工作性研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種免碾壓貧混凝土基層,它可有效保證貧混凝土基層的穩(wěn)定性和平整度,同時(shí)可減少施工機(jī)械、減化施工工序、縮短周期、改善施工環(huán)境.通過研究免碾壓貧混凝土基層材料,分析了影響貧混凝土工作性的因素,并提出采用維勃稠度試驗(yàn)作為其工作性評(píng)價(jià)方法,以及維勃稠度作為其工作性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),最后,采用多因素正交設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),并根據(jù)極差分析和方差分析,得到評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)維勃稠度的回歸公式.結(jié)果表明,維勃稠度值能夠較好地評(píng)價(jià)免碾壓貧混凝土的工作性.
[Abstract]:A kind of lean concrete base without rolling pressure is designed, which can effectively ensure the stability and smoothness of lean concrete base, reduce construction machinery, reduce construction process, shorten cycle and improve construction environment. Based on the study of lean concrete base material without rolling and compression, the factors affecting the workability of lean concrete are analyzed, and the Weibo consistency test is used as its workability evaluation method, and the Weibo consistency is used as its workability evaluation index. finally, the regression formula of Weibo consistency is obtained by using multi-factor orthogonal design test, and according to the extreme difference analysis and variance analysis. The results show that the Viper consistency can be used to evaluate the workability of lean concrete without rolling and compression.
