【摘要】：針對橋梁監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的索力監(jiān)測應(yīng)用場景,設(shè)計了一款智能無線索力計。該傳感器具有超低功耗、前端智能算法、無線自組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)特點。提出并實現(xiàn)了嵌入式硬件平臺上的索頻提取方法,經(jīng)實驗及實際工程檢驗,該方法測量結(jié)果準確。該設(shè)計整機可在電池供電環(huán)境下實現(xiàn)常年連續(xù)工作。此設(shè)計有效地解決了拉索監(jiān)測過程中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)建設(shè)冗繁、數(shù)據(jù)分析難度大、系統(tǒng)成本偏高、維護復(fù)雜等實際工程問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the application scene of cable force monitoring in bridge monitoring system, an intelligent wireless cable force meter is designed. The sensor has the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption, front-end intelligent algorithm, wireless ad hoc network and so on. The cable frequency extraction method on embedded hardware platform is proposed and implemented. The experimental and practical engineering test show that the measurement results of this method are accurate. The whole design machine can work continuously all the year round in the battery power supply environment. This design effectively solves the practical engineering problems such as the redundant construction of the monitoring system, the difficulty of data analysis, the high cost of the system and the complexity of maintenance in the process of cable monitoring.
