連續(xù)式碳纖維自發(fā)熱機(jī)場(chǎng)道面融雪化冰試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究布置連續(xù)式碳纖維線的自發(fā)熱機(jī)場(chǎng)混凝土道面的融雪化冰規(guī)律,制作了內(nèi)設(shè)6K、12K、24K發(fā)熱線的水泥混凝土板,展開(kāi)不同功率、不同厚度等條件下的室外融雪化冰試驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行了機(jī)理分析。結(jié)果表明,1在板內(nèi)設(shè)置隔熱層可以減少混凝土板的蓄熱量,提高融雪化冰的效率;2輸入功率和冰雪厚是決定融雪時(shí)間以及耗電量的主要因素,一定范圍內(nèi),功率每增加50W/m2,化雪時(shí)間縮短1.14h,節(jié)省電量0.25k W·h/m2,雪厚每增加1cm,化雪時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)0.69h,耗電量增加0.35k W·h/m2;3對(duì)道面進(jìn)行提前預(yù)熱不僅可以避免道面積雪,而且通過(guò)采用間歇式供電可以節(jié)約能耗。
[Abstract]:In order to study the snowmelt ice melting law of spontaneous hot airport concrete pavement with continuous carbon fiber line, the cement concrete slabs with 6K, 12K and 24K hotlines were made, and the outdoor snowmelt ice melting tests under different power and thickness were carried out, and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that: (1) the heat storage of concrete slabs can be reduced and the efficiency of snowmelt ice melting can be improved by setting heat insulation layer in the slabs. (2) the input power and ice and snow thickness are the main factors that determine the melting snow time and power consumption. In a certain range, the snow melting time is shortened by 1.14 h, the power saving is 0.25 kW 路h / m2, and the snow melting time is prolonged by 0.69 h and the power consumption is increased by 0.35 kW 路h / m2 with the increase of snow thickness by 1 cm. Preheating the pavement in advance can not only avoid snow cover, but also save energy consumption by using intermittent power supply.
