納米比亞硅藻土的工程特性

【摘要】:在實(shí)施納米比亞某項(xiàng)目的勘察過(guò)程中,遇到了一種特殊土——硅藻土。通過(guò)X射線衍射試驗(yàn)和熱場(chǎng)發(fā)射電鏡掃描進(jìn)一步確定了硅藻土的成分組成和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。針對(duì)硅藻土的特殊工程性質(zhì),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采取土樣進(jìn)行大量細(xì)致的室內(nèi)土工試驗(yàn)分析,并運(yùn)用多種原位試驗(yàn)手段,測(cè)試硅藻土的原位力學(xué)強(qiáng)度。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明硅藻土的含水量非常高、密度極低、孔隙比大,通過(guò)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)硅藻土的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)剪切強(qiáng)度與通過(guò)原位試驗(yàn)獲得的原位剪切強(qiáng)度較為一致;但與抗剪強(qiáng)度相比,其抗壓強(qiáng)度明顯高于抗剪強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:In the course of carrying out a project in Namibia, a special kind of soil, diatomite, was encountered. The composition and microstructure of diatomite were further determined by X-ray diffraction test and thermal field emission electron microscope scanning. In view of the special engineering properties of diatomite, a large number of detailed laboratory geotechnical tests and analysis were carried out on the spot, and various in-situ test methods were used to test the in-situ mechanical strength of diatomite. The results show that the moisture content of diatomite is very high, the density is very low and the pore ratio is large. It is found that the shear strength of diatomite in laboratory test is consistent with that obtained by in situ test, but compared with the shear strength, the compressive strength of diatomite is obviously higher than that of shear strength.
