【摘要】：為深入研究公路隧道襯砌注漿加固的力學(xué)特性,全面評(píng)價(jià)注漿加固效果,利用PYD-50平面應(yīng)變?nèi)蚣虞d地質(zhì)力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn)裝置,針對(duì)依托工程的襯砌背后不同部位存在空洞、軟弱圍巖4種不同工況開展了室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn),研究各工況下隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力、圍巖壓力等力學(xué)特性;同時(shí),利用數(shù)值模擬手段進(jìn)行分析,并將其結(jié)果與模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行相互驗(yàn)證。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)隧道襯砌背后存在空洞、軟弱圍巖情況時(shí),襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力、圍巖壓力分布極不均衡,不利于隧道整體穩(wěn)定;采取注漿加固措施后,襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力最大值減小幅度達(dá)16.7%~40%,部分特征方向上圍巖壓力增幅達(dá)11.4%~35.5%,且二者分布更加均衡。以上分析表明,注漿加固措施有效降低了襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,提高了襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性,其病害防治效果良好。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the mechanical characteristics of grouting reinforcement of highway tunnel lining and evaluate the effect of grouting reinforcement in an all-round way, using PYD-50 plane strain three-way loading geomechanical model test device, indoor model tests were carried out for four different working conditions, such as cavity in different parts of lining and weak surrounding rock, and the mechanical properties of tunnel lining structure stress and surrounding rock pressure under various working conditions were studied. At the same time, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze, and the results are verified with the model test results. The results show that when there are voids behind the tunnel lining and weak surrounding rock, the stress distribution of lining structure and surrounding rock pressure is very uneven, which is not conducive to the overall stability of tunnel. After grouting reinforcement measures, the maximum stress of lining structure decreases by 16.7% and 40%, and the pressure of surrounding rock increases by 11.4% and 35.5% in some characteristic directions, and the distribution of the two is more balanced. The above analysis shows that the grouting reinforcement measures can effectively reduce the stress concentration of the lining structure, improve the overall stability of the lining structure, and the disease prevention and control effect is good.
