【摘要】：基于相位式激光測(cè)距原理,研制了由主機(jī)、對(duì)準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)裝置和后處理軟件組成的智能隧道激光收斂?jī)x.主機(jī)有測(cè)量、編輯、計(jì)算、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸功能,加密監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、防止數(shù)據(jù)造假的功能,以及足夠的存儲(chǔ)空間.對(duì)準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)裝置能夠方便快捷地安裝和拆卸,并能使激光點(diǎn)精確地對(duì)準(zhǔn)目標(biāo).后處理軟件能夠處理加密數(shù)據(jù),繪制收斂-時(shí)間曲線(xiàn)圖和生成報(bào)表.室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和隧道現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)表明,測(cè)線(xiàn)長(zhǎng)度為5.0~14.0m時(shí)的施測(cè)精度為0.50~0.68mm;對(duì)比收斂計(jì)和全站儀,智能隧道激光收斂?jī)x具有監(jiān)測(cè)效率高,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低,操作簡(jiǎn)便快捷,施工干擾少等優(yōu)點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of phase laser ranging, an intelligent tunnel laser convergence instrument composed of mainframe, alignment adjusting device and post-processing software is developed. The host has the functions of measuring, editing, computing, data transmission, encrypting monitoring data, preventing data fraud, and sufficient storage space. The alignment adjusting device can be installed and disassembled conveniently and quickly, and the laser point can be accurately aimed at the target. The post-processing software can process encrypted data, draw convergence-time curves and generate reports.
