基于耗散能密度的鋼筋混凝土梁橋疲勞剩余壽命研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)部分早期建設(shè)橋梁服役年限已經(jīng)超過20 a,隨著車流量逐年增加鋼筋混凝土橋梁疲勞損傷問題日益突顯。主要預(yù)測(cè)鋼筋混凝土橋梁剩余壽命,首先基于耗散能密度角度針對(duì)橋梁疲勞原理加以分析;然后結(jié)合能量平衡方程及傅里葉定律推倒得出了疲勞損傷能耗控制方程;最后對(duì)算例橋梁主要桿件進(jìn)行了疲勞損傷分析得到桿件201與桿件202測(cè)點(diǎn)疲勞損傷值最大為10.92E-15與9.20E-15,根據(jù)ADAMS軟件仿真計(jì)算得出結(jié)論在車輛密集運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下受壓區(qū)鋼筋混凝土應(yīng)力幅集中在1 MPa以下,按照1.2萬輛車日通行量前提下計(jì)算得到一般運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài)下橋梁疲勞壽命為60 a,密集狀態(tài)下疲勞壽命為10 a。
[Abstract]:The service life of some early bridges in China has exceeded 20 years, and the fatigue damage of reinforced concrete bridges is becoming more and more prominent with the increase of traffic flow year by year. The residual life of reinforced concrete bridge is predicted. Firstly, the fatigue principle of reinforced concrete bridge is analyzed based on the angle of dissipative energy density, and then the energy consumption control equation of fatigue damage is obtained by combining energy balance equation and Fourier law. Finally, the fatigue damage analysis of the main members of the bridge is carried out, and it is found that the maximum fatigue damage values of the main members of the bridge are 10.92E-15 and 9.20E 鈮,
