基于載荷條件的鋼板梁橋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與制造工藝研究

【摘要】:隨著橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,有很多新形式的橋梁不斷被發(fā)明。但是對(duì)于跨度較小、地理形式較復(fù)雜的地方,仍然要采用結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單、制造比較經(jīng)濟(jì)的橋梁形式。鋼板梁橋作為一種簡(jiǎn)單的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu),基本上可以滿(mǎn)足所有地理形式的中小跨度橋梁需要。但是由于其簡(jiǎn)單的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、制造方面的研究相對(duì)較少。對(duì)其進(jìn)行載荷條件下力學(xué)性能分析和計(jì)算機(jī)仿真是目前此類(lèi)型橋梁較為先進(jìn)的研究方法。本文以國(guó)外的某鋼板梁橋?yàn)檠芯勘尘?首先將其它類(lèi)型的梁式橋與鋼板梁橋做了對(duì)比,敘述了國(guó)內(nèi)外此類(lèi)型橋梁的研究現(xiàn)狀以及存在的一些問(wèn)題,并且分析了其結(jié)構(gòu)形式與受力性能以及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基本理論。其次運(yùn)用材料力學(xué)公式,以橋梁的前期測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)、以及橋址處的地理特點(diǎn)為依據(jù),根據(jù)實(shí)際載荷特點(diǎn)、受力形式,詳細(xì)地對(duì)整個(gè)鋼板梁橋的各個(gè)部分做了理論方面的計(jì)算。從而在理論上計(jì)算出鋼板梁橋主要結(jié)構(gòu)的尺寸,以及加勁肋板和附屬結(jié)構(gòu)等其他結(jié)構(gòu)的具體布置位置。用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行有限元受力分析是近幾年橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的新方向。運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件建立了鋼板梁橋的全橋模型,并且進(jìn)行了在幾種不同載荷工況條件下的靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)分析,檢驗(yàn)了橋梁在各種實(shí)際載荷條件下極限承載能力。并且對(duì)其在載荷條件下位移量、各構(gòu)件內(nèi)力的分布情況進(jìn)行了研究。從而找出由于載荷參數(shù)變化對(duì)板梁橋結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響規(guī)律,可以對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)化。最后對(duì)鋼板梁橋的一些主要制造和加工工藝做了研究。對(duì)一些不合理的加工工序做了改進(jìn),其結(jié)果對(duì)此橋的制造工藝優(yōu)化有很大的參考的價(jià)值。隨著對(duì)鋼板梁橋研究的不斷深入,必定為橋梁的進(jìn)一步實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù),從而產(chǎn)生更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of bridge steel structure technology, many new forms of bridges have been invented. However, for the places with small span and complex geographical form, it is still necessary to adopt the bridge form which is relatively simple in structure and economical in manufacture. As a simple bridge structure, steel plate beam bridge can basically meet the needs of all geographical forms of small and medium-span bridges. However, due to its simple structure, there are relatively few researches on its design and manufacture at home and abroad. It is an advanced research method to analyze the mechanical properties and simulate the mechanical properties of this type of bridge under load. Based on the research background of a steel plate beam bridge abroad, this paper first compares other types of beam bridge with steel plate beam bridge, and describes the research status and some existing problems of this type of bridge at home and abroad. The structural form and mechanical properties, as well as the basic theory of design and calculation are analyzed. Secondly, based on the previous measurement data of the bridge and the geographical characteristics of the bridge site, according to the actual load characteristics and stress forms, the theoretical calculation of each part of the steel plate beam bridge is carried out in detail by using the material mechanics formula. Thus, the dimensions of the main structures of the steel plate beam bridge and the specific layout positions of other structures, such as stiffened ribbed plates and ancillary structures, are calculated theoretically. Finite element force analysis with computer software is a new direction of bridge steel structure development in recent years. The full bridge model of steel plate beam bridge is established by using ANSYS software, and the static and dynamic analysis under several different load conditions is carried out, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge under various actual load conditions is tested. Under the load condition, the displacement and the internal force distribution of each component are studied. Thus, the influence of load parameters on the structural performance of plate-beam bridge can be found out, and the structural optimization can be carried out. Finally, some main manufacturing and processing technologies of steel plate beam bridge are studied. Some unreasonable processing procedures have been improved, and the results have great reference value for the optimization of the manufacturing process of the bridge. With the deepening of the research on steel plate beam bridge, it is bound to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the further practical application of the bridge, so as to produce more economic and social value.
