復(fù)雜地層條件下深基坑施工對(duì)下臥地鐵隧道結(jié)構(gòu)影響研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),地鐵在當(dāng)今社會(huì)中的位置越來(lái)越不可替代。由于大量的地鐵隧道結(jié)構(gòu)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的穿梭于城市之中,使得其地下空間的結(jié)構(gòu)尤為復(fù)雜,因此給地鐵結(jié)構(gòu)上覆的基坑施工工作帶來(lái)很大的難題,稍有不慎,就會(huì)引起地鐵結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞等嚴(yán)重的工程事故。為保證工程安全,對(duì)復(fù)雜地層條件下深基坑施工對(duì)下臥地鐵結(jié)構(gòu)影響的研究工作尤為重要。本文依托西安地鐵1號(hào)線(xiàn)mP河?xùn)|站與長(zhǎng)樂(lè)坡站之間的東環(huán)廣場(chǎng)建設(shè)工程,借助土工離心試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬兩種手段,重點(diǎn)對(duì)東環(huán)廣場(chǎng)深基坑開(kāi)挖及基坑底部樁基加載對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)位移及力學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.在基坑開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中,隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、壓力以及橫豎向位移受到較為明顯的影響。隧道周?chē)鷳?yīng)力、壓力均呈現(xiàn)出減小趨勢(shì),且隧道頂部變化最為顯著。分析隧道橫豎向位移數(shù)據(jù)可知,隧道豎向位移變化量大于橫向位移變化,隧道整體表現(xiàn)為被“拉長(zhǎng)”的趨勢(shì)。2.隨著基坑底部樁基加載的進(jìn)行,隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、壓力及隧道橫豎向位移增加量均較小。隧道底部壓力及應(yīng)力增加量大于隧道頂部,隧道兩側(cè)應(yīng)力及壓力增加量大致相同。分析隧道橫豎向位移可知,豎向位移變化最大處為隧道頂部,水平位移變化最大處為隧道外側(cè)。3.樁基加載過(guò)程中,雙線(xiàn)隧道內(nèi)側(cè)距離樁基最近的隧道截面處壓力、應(yīng)力以及水平位移變化值相對(duì)于隧道其他截面較大。且隧道末端遠(yuǎn)離樁基處應(yīng)力變化量小于樁基處隧道中部應(yīng)力受到樁基加載的影響。4.在深基坑施工過(guò)程中,基坑開(kāi)挖對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)各因素的影響程度明顯大于樁基加載對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the position of subway in today's society is more and more irreplaceable. Because a large number of subway tunnel structures shuttle intricate through the city, the structure of its underground space is particularly complex, so it brings great problems to the construction of foundation pit overlying subway structure, which is a little careless. It will cause serious engineering accidents such as the damage of subway structure. In order to ensure the safety of the project, it is particularly important to study the influence of deep foundation pit construction on the structure of lying subway under the condition of complex strata. Based on the construction project of Donghuan Square between mP Hedong Station and Changle Slope Station of Xi'an Metro Line 1, with the help of geotechnical centrifugal test and numerical simulation, this paper relies on the construction project of Donghuan Square between Hedong Station and Changle Slope Station of Xi'an Metro Line 1. The influence of excavation of deep foundation pit of Donghuan Square and loading of pile foundation at the bottom of foundation pit on the displacement and mechanical properties of tunnel structure is studied in detail. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. In the process of foundation pit excavation, the stress, pressure and transverse and vertical displacement of tunnel structure are obviously affected. The stress and pressure around the tunnel show a decreasing trend, and the change of the top of the tunnel is the most significant. By analyzing the horizontal and vertical displacement data of the tunnel, it can be seen that the variation of the vertical displacement of the tunnel is larger than that of the transverse displacement, and the overall trend of the tunnel is "elongated". 2. With the loading of pile foundation at the bottom of foundation pit, the increase of stress, pressure and transverse and vertical displacement of tunnel structure is small. The increase of pressure and stress at the bottom of the tunnel is larger than that at the top of the tunnel, and the increase of stress and pressure on both sides of the tunnel is about the same. Through the analysis of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the tunnel, it can be seen that the maximum variation of the vertical displacement is at the top of the tunnel, and the maximum change of the horizontal displacement is on the outside of the tunnel. In the process of pile foundation loading, the pressure, stress and horizontal displacement of the tunnel section closest to the pile foundation on the inside of the double-line tunnel are larger than those of the other sections of the tunnel. And the stress variation at the end of the tunnel far from the pile foundation is less than that at the middle of the tunnel affected by the loading of the pile foundation. 4. In the process of deep foundation pit construction, the influence of foundation pit excavation on each factor of tunnel structure is obviously greater than that of pile foundation loading on tunnel structure.
