基于高速公路收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)的貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)分析研究

【摘要】:隨著全國(guó)高速公路交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日趨完善,開展高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果對(duì)區(qū)域貨運(yùn)及經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)采取相應(yīng)措施解決高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸中存在的問題對(duì)提高區(qū)域綜合發(fā)展水平具有重要意義。目前針對(duì)高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)方面的研究還不夠成熟,大部分統(tǒng)計(jì)算法沒有對(duì)貨車類型進(jìn)行細(xì)致化分,這樣很難保證統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠;另外,針對(duì)高速公路貨運(yùn)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)程度的評(píng)價(jià)還基本停留在定性分析層面,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果抽象、無法直觀體現(xiàn)區(qū)域發(fā)展水平。論文以實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)為立足點(diǎn),首先對(duì)貨運(yùn)車輛的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)總重和整備質(zhì)量間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并采用單峰子集分離方法將貨車按照軸數(shù)以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)總重的不同進(jìn)行類型細(xì)分,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立貨車整備質(zhì)量參數(shù)表。然后,論文提出了基于歷史收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)的高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,通過對(duì)高速公路歷史收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,掌握貨運(yùn)車輛的流量特征、出行頻次規(guī)律以及貨物裝載特性,并建立基于行車次數(shù)和可接受核載的滿載貨車判斷模型,基于此模型可以判定收費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)中的貨車類型,依據(jù)判定結(jié)果確定每輛貨車的整備質(zhì)量,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)。之后,利用本研究建立的高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)陜西省的貨物運(yùn)輸量進(jìn)行實(shí)際計(jì)算,并利用物理學(xué)中的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型分別從時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)角度度量高速公路貨運(yùn)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的協(xié)調(diào)程度。最后,通過雷達(dá)圖評(píng)價(jià)法、中心性分析法和凝聚子群分析方法剖析省際間和城際間高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸中存在的問題,并從做好高速公路路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃工作、加快高速公路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、開展貨物運(yùn)輸信息化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)省際和城際間的貨運(yùn)交互、政企合力推動(dòng)貨運(yùn)科學(xué)化管理這五個(gè)方面為促進(jìn)高速公路貨物運(yùn)輸與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the national highway transportation infrastructure and transportation network, the traffic volume statistics of the expressway are carried out, and the regional freight and economic status are evaluated objectively according to the statistical results. At the same time, taking corresponding measures to solve the problems existing in the transportation of the expressway is of great significance to the improvement of the regional comprehensive development level. At present, the research on the statistics of the traffic volume of the expressway is not mature enough, most of the statistical methods do not detail the type of the wagon, so it is difficult to ensure that the statistical results are accurate and reliable; in addition, The evaluation of the degree of highway freight and regional economic coordination is still at the qualitative analysis level, the evaluation result is abstract, and the regional development level can not be directly reflected. In this paper, based on the actual data, the relationship between the standard gross weight and the overall quality of the freight car is analyzed, and a single-modal subset separation method is used to subdivide the truck according to the number of the axle and the total weight of the standard. On this basis, the quality parameter table of the wagon is established. Then, the paper puts forward a method for statistical analysis of the traffic volume of the expressway based on historical charge data, which is based on the statistical analysis of the historical charge data of the expressway, and the traffic characteristics, the travel frequency and the cargo loading characteristics of the cargo vehicle are mastered. And a full-load truck judgment model based on the number of driving times and the acceptable nuclear load is established, the type of the truck in the charging data can be determined based on the model, and the overall preparation quality of each truck is determined according to the judgment result, so that the traffic volume statistics of the goods can be realized. After that, the traffic volume of the goods in Shaanxi province is calculated by the statistical method of the traffic volume of the expressway, and the degree of coordination between the freight and the regional economy of the expressway is measured from the two angles of time and space respectively by using the coupling coordination degree model in physics. In the end, the problems existing in the freight transportation of the inter-city and inter-city are analyzed by the radar image evaluation method, the central analysis method and the condensed subgroup analysis method, and the highway network planning work is well done, and the construction of the expressway infrastructure is accelerated. The five aspects of carrying out the information construction of the freight transport, strengthening the inter-provincial and inter-city freight interaction, and promoting the scientific management of the freight transportation by the government and the enterprise are to promote the development of the transport of the expressway and the regional economic coordination.
