基于DSP的門機(jī)作業(yè)記錄儀的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:港口國(guó)際化的發(fā)展,使得散貨碼頭的運(yùn)輸量大幅度增大。港口作為中心樞紐,在貨物運(yùn)輸中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。門座式起重機(jī)是目前我國(guó)港口使用最多的裝卸機(jī)械,給港口的運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)帶來了高效、靈活、方便、快捷的同時(shí),其作業(yè)的管理方式卻存在著很多需要改進(jìn)的地方。因此,研究并設(shè)計(jì)一種適合我國(guó)門座式起重機(jī)作業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)管理的儀器設(shè)備,具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于門機(jī)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及所存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合散貨碼頭的機(jī)械管理方法,綜合運(yùn)用了嵌入式技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于DSP的門機(jī)作業(yè)記錄裝置。該門機(jī)作業(yè)記錄裝置主要是以DSP TMS320F28335為核心處理器,主要包含最小系統(tǒng)模塊、信號(hào)采集和處理模塊、外設(shè)模塊。具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1)系統(tǒng)總體方案的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)實(shí)際考察,總結(jié)門機(jī)作業(yè)流程以及特點(diǎn),結(jié)合門機(jī)作業(yè)管理要求以及系統(tǒng)的功能要求,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體方案。重點(diǎn)對(duì)門機(jī)作業(yè)量的計(jì)算方法,處理器芯片的選型以及作業(yè)量數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)與傳輸介質(zhì)三個(gè)方面加以了闡述。2)系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。結(jié)合嵌入式應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)要求,對(duì)于門機(jī)作業(yè)記錄裝置的各個(gè)硬件模塊進(jìn)行了說明,最后對(duì)于如何提高系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力以及PCB的繪制予以了闡述。3)系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。采用流行的DSP軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境CCS3.3,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。主要采用模塊化的編程思想,先給出系統(tǒng)的主流程圖,然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子功能模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),最后,對(duì)于本系統(tǒng)軟件開發(fā)的重難點(diǎn)予以了闡述。
[Abstract]:With the development of port internationalization, the traffic volume of bulk cargo terminal is greatly increased. As a central hub, port plays an important role in cargo transportation. Portal crane is the most widely used loading and unloading machinery in our country at present, which brings high efficiency, flexibility, convenience and rapidity to the transportation and production of the port, at the same time, there are many places that need to be improved in the management mode of its operation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and design an instrument and equipment suitable for the operation data management of gantry cranes in our country. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the research status and existing problems of the door machine monitoring and management system at home and abroad, combined with the mechanical management method of bulk cargo terminal, the embedded technology is used comprehensively. A kind of door crane operation recording device based on DSP is designed. The gate machine operation recording device is mainly based on DSP TMS320F28335 as the core processor, including the minimum system module, signal acquisition and processing module, peripheral module. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) the design of the overall scheme of the system. According to the practical investigation, this paper summarizes the operation flow and characteristics of the door crane, and designs the overall scheme of the system according to the requirements of the door machine operation management and the functional requirements of the system. The calculation method of gate crane operation, the selection of processor chip and the storage and transmission medium of operation data are described in detail. 2) the hardware design and implementation of the system. According to the hardware design requirements of the embedded application system, each hardware module of the door crane job recording device is explained. Finally, how to improve the anti-interference ability of the system and the drawing of PCB are described. 3) the software design and implementation of the system. The popular DSP software development environment CCS3.3, is used to design and implement the system software. This paper mainly adopts the modular programming idea, first gives the mainstream program diagram of the system, and then designs and implements each sub-function module of the system. Finally, it expounds the important and difficult points of the software development of the system.
