鋼橋面板疲勞病害模糊綜合評(píng)定方法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)我國(guó)鋼箱梁疲勞損傷問(wèn)題,展開(kāi)評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究,將模糊綜合評(píng)定法應(yīng)用于鋼箱梁疲勞病害的評(píng)定。在現(xiàn)有疲勞評(píng)價(jià)方法分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合鋼箱梁疲勞病害多因素影響特點(diǎn),建立鋼箱梁疲勞病害評(píng)定指標(biāo)體系,包括疲勞裂紋長(zhǎng)度、裂紋增長(zhǎng)速率、疲勞位置腐蝕程度、疲勞構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)受力情況以及橋梁的在役時(shí)間。針對(duì)每個(gè)指標(biāo),通過(guò)工程實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及理論分析,劃分5個(gè)等級(jí)并給出了相應(yīng)分值。運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論和層次分析法,建立模糊綜合評(píng)定模型,并通過(guò)實(shí)例評(píng)定,為鋼橋面板疲勞病害的安全評(píng)估提供了計(jì)算步驟和過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:In view of the fatigue damage problem of steel box girder in China, the evaluation method is studied, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the assessment of fatigue disease of steel box girder. On the basis of the analysis of the existing fatigue evaluation methods, combined with the characteristics of many factors affecting the fatigue disease of steel box girder, the evaluation index system of fatigue disease of steel box girder is established, including fatigue crack length, crack growth rate and corrosion degree in fatigue position. The stress of fatigue structure details and the time in service of the bridge. According to each index, through the engineering measured data and theoretical analysis, five grades are divided and the corresponding scores are given. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the calculation steps and processes are provided for the safety assessment of steel bridge deck fatigue disease through an example.
