盾構(gòu)側(cè)穿樓房引起的地表變形規(guī)律與控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:西安某地鐵隧道在側(cè)穿某樓房基礎(chǔ)時,建立了FLAC三維數(shù)值模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)按照常規(guī)方法施工時,地表和樓房的變形均超出計(jì)算所允許的數(shù)值。而采取了"動態(tài)控制土倉壓力、勻速緩行、足量注漿、環(huán)箍補(bǔ)漿"等復(fù)合技術(shù)措施后,結(jié)果顯示,地表最大沉降值僅為6.5mm,樓最大房傾斜率0.23‰。地表變形影響區(qū)域減小,各沉降監(jiān)測值小于標(biāo)準(zhǔn),施工安全處于可控狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional numerical model of FLAC is established for the calculation and analysis of a subway tunnel in Xi'an when it passes through the foundation of a building on the side. It is found that the deformation of both the surface and the building exceeds the allowable value of the calculation when the construction is carried out according to the conventional method. The results show that the maximum settlement value is only 6.5 mm and the maximum slope of the building is 0.23 鈥,
