智能立體停車位液壓控制系統(tǒng)分析

【摘要】:發(fā)展智能立體停車位是解決城市停車難問題的重要途徑。由于液壓控制系統(tǒng)能夠滿足對(duì)立體停車位的速度和位置控制的精確控制,所以根據(jù)智能立體停車位在實(shí)際過程中的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,設(shè)計(jì)出智能立體停車位行走、回轉(zhuǎn)和升降調(diào)速液壓控制系統(tǒng)。升降調(diào)速系統(tǒng)是智能立體停車位最重要的系統(tǒng),為此建立了升降調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。首先,基于MATLAB/Simulink對(duì)升降調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行仿真分析,然后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)的升降調(diào)速系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,智能立體停車位的液壓系統(tǒng)回路設(shè)計(jì)合理,且滿足了對(duì)智能立體停車位速度和位置控制精確的要求,為進(jìn)一步研究智能立體停車位液壓控制系統(tǒng)提供理論依據(jù)和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The development of intelligent three-dimensional parking spaces is an important way to solve the problem of urban parking difficulties. Because the hydraulic control system can meet the precise control of the speed and position control of the three-dimensional parking space, according to the motion characteristics of the intelligent three-dimensional parking space in the actual process, the intelligent three-dimensional parking space walking is designed. Hydraulic control system for rotary and elevating speed regulation. The raising and adjusting speed system is the most important system of intelligent three-dimensional parking space, so the mathematical model of the raising and adjusting speed system is established. Firstly, the dynamic characteristics of the elevator speed regulation system are simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB/Simulink, and then the test and verification of the lifting speed regulation system of the experimental prototype is carried out. The test results show that the hydraulic circuit design of intelligent three-dimensional parking space is reasonable, and it meets the requirement of precise speed and position control of intelligent three-dimensional parking space. It provides theoretical basis and reference value for further study of intelligent three-dimensional parking space hydraulic control system.
