大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)框架梁張拉控制技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:At present, the design theory of large-area large column net prestressed concrete frame structure has matured day by day, the construction technology problem has also been solved basically, but the related construction theory and technology aspect, have not seen the in-depth research. Especially, the analysis and control of the stress state and deformation of the structure during the construction period, as well as the tension control of the long-span prestressed frame beam and so on. In this paper, based on the station project of Baoji South Station, the tension control technology of long-span continuous beam with post-tensioned prestressed space frame structure is studied deeply. Around the difficult problem of tension control of long-span prestressed concrete frame beam, the main work is as follows: firstly, the influence factors of prestressing loss in the tension stage of post-tensioned prestressed frame beam are analyzed. This paper summarizes the theoretical analysis method of prestressing loss caused by lateral restraint of beam side axils and rigid columns, which is not involved in the current code. Taking the E-9~E-10 beam section of the main structure of the station building B as an example, the prestress loss in the construction process is calculated, which provides a theoretical basis for the later simulation analysis and on-the-spot monitoring. Then, the continuous 9-span prestressed frame beam with E axis in the main structure of B area of the station building is selected as the analysis object, and the influence of different construction sequence on the effective pre-pressure and deformation in the frame beam is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software. Finally, taking the E-9~E-10 beam segment as the control object, the theoretical analysis and calculation of the length of the prestressed tendons, the arch value of the beam body and the strain of the controlled section of the beam during the tension process are carried out. And through the on-the-spot monitoring method to ensure the tension effect. Through the above theoretical research and on-the-spot monitoring, the test results show that the construction quality of the prestressed project is safe and reliable, and it can be used for reference for similar projects.
