【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展,我國對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)越來越重視,公路橋梁等交通軌道的建設(shè)越來越多。由于其施工簡便、受力合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)成本較低和駕駛舒適等多方面的原因,預(yù)應(yīng)力簡支梁橋在我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中取得了飛速的發(fā)展,成為了最常見的橋型。其預(yù)應(yīng)力的施工在整個(gè)橋梁施工中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,而預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的張拉又是施工中的關(guān)鍵工序,合理的張拉順序?qū)Τ蓸虻氖芾砥鹬陵P(guān)重要的作用。本文依托國家重點(diǎn)工程長深高速公金寶屯至查日蘇段高速公路中的東五家大橋,根據(jù)施工方案給出的張拉順序,和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)張拉的數(shù)據(jù),利用有限元法進(jìn)行分析,研究支承方式、縱向連接順序、預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉順序等對(duì)施工過程中內(nèi)力和變形的影響,所獲得的計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)今后類似工程的施工具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more attention has been paid to the construction of infrastructure and the construction of highway and bridge. Because of its simple construction, reasonable force, low economic cost and comfortable driving, the prestressed simply supported beam bridge has made rapid development in the infrastructure construction of our country, and has become the most common bridge type. The pre-stress construction plays an important role in the whole bridge construction, and the tension of the pre-stress tendons is the key procedure in the construction, and the reasonable tension sequence plays an important role in the acceptance of the bridge. In this paper, based on the Dongwu Bridge in the long-Shenzhen High-speed Highway from Jinbaotun to Charisu Section of the State key Project, according to the tensioning sequence given by the construction scheme, and the data of the site tensioning, the finite element method is used to analyze and study the supporting mode. The influence of longitudinal connection sequence and prestressing tension sequence on the internal force and deformation in the construction process is of great significance to the construction of similar projects in the future.
