【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高,我國(guó)對(duì)縣級(jí)區(qū)域的發(fā)展越來(lái)越重視,縣域內(nèi)居民對(duì)交通需求逐漸增大,因此政府對(duì)于修建縣域公路的投入也越來(lái)越多。居民出行時(shí)對(duì)道路交通安全性的要求也越來(lái)越高。在縣級(jí)管轄范圍的道路迅速發(fā)展時(shí)期,如何提高縣域公路交通安全性,減少交通事故的發(fā)生,是最值得重視的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)縣域公路交通安全進(jìn)行了安全評(píng)價(jià),以縣級(jí)區(qū)域的道路為研究對(duì)象。在研究了縣域公路交通特性的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了縣域公路交通安全的影響因素,確定了有針對(duì)性的安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選用合適的安全評(píng)價(jià)方法,構(gòu)建了縣域公路安全評(píng)價(jià)模型,并基于本文建立的分析模型對(duì)三臺(tái)縣的道路安全進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下：一、本文在提出問(wèn)題、查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述總結(jié)和歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外道路安全評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了本論文的研究方法以及研究技術(shù)路線。二、對(duì)縣域公路交通安全特性進(jìn)行了分析,包括縣域公路定義、縣域公路交通特性分析與縣域公路事故特征分析。三、分析了縣域公路交通安全的影響因素,主要以系統(tǒng)為單位,把“人-車(chē)-道路”作為一個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,并且分別從人、車(chē)輛、道路、管理和環(huán)境等方面,研究其對(duì)縣域公路交通安全的影響。四、縣域公路交通安全方法的選定,這章主要內(nèi)容包括本論文的評(píng)價(jià)思路,安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立,常用安全評(píng)價(jià)方法分析與縣域公路交通安全評(píng)價(jià)方法的確定。五、實(shí)例分析,這章主要以三臺(tái)縣為實(shí)例來(lái)驗(yàn)證選定的層次分析與模糊綜合安全評(píng)價(jià)方法的合理性,其主要內(nèi)容分別為三臺(tái)縣概況介紹,2008年至2014年的交通安全狀況分析,縣域公路安全評(píng)價(jià)即縣鄉(xiāng)道路安全評(píng)價(jià)與國(guó)省道路安全評(píng)價(jià)；并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)本文的研究,對(duì)縣域公路交通安全的評(píng)價(jià)方法提供了有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the continuous improvement of economic level, more and more attention has been paid to the development of county-level areas in our country, and the demand for transportation of residents in county areas has gradually increased. Therefore, the government has invested more and more in the construction of county-level roads. When residents travel on the road traffic safety requirements are also higher and higher. In the period of rapid development of county-level roads, how to improve the county road traffic safety and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents is the most important problem. This article carries on the safety evaluation to the county-level highway traffic safety, taking the county-level area road as the research object. On the basis of studying the characteristics of county highway traffic, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of county highway traffic safety, determines the targeted safety evaluation index system, selects the appropriate safety evaluation method, and constructs the county highway safety evaluation model. Based on the analysis model established in this paper, the comprehensive evaluation of road safety in Santai County is carried out. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of raising questions and consulting literatures, this paper summarizes and summarizes the research status of road safety assessment methods at home and abroad, and expounds the research methods and technical routes of this paper. Secondly, the characteristics of county highway traffic safety are analyzed, including the definition of county highway, the analysis of county highway traffic characteristics and the analysis of county highway accident characteristics. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of county highway traffic safety, mainly based on the system, and studies "man-car-road" as a system, and separately from the aspects of human, vehicle, road, management and environment, etc. This paper studies its influence on county highway traffic safety. Fourth, the selection of county road traffic safety methods, this chapter mainly includes the evaluation ideas of this paper, the establishment of safety evaluation index system, the analysis of commonly used safety evaluation methods and the determination of county road traffic safety assessment methods. Fifth, case analysis, this chapter mainly takes Santai County as an example to verify the rationality of the selected analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive safety assessment method, the main contents of which are the introduction of Santai County and the analysis of traffic safety from 2008 to 2014. County road safety assessment is county and township road safety assessment and national province road safety assessment; The results were analyzed. Through the research of this paper, this paper provides a meaningful reference for the evaluation method of county highway traffic safety.
