樹根樁在橋梁基礎(chǔ)加固中的應(yīng)用及數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:對地基與結(jié)構(gòu)物之間的平衡關(guān)系,樹根樁可以最大限度地保持,這是它不同于其它樁突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。正是它這一優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得其被廣泛應(yīng)用于既有建筑物的地基加固、糾偏、邊坡穩(wěn)定加固及抗浮等工程,在不破壞地基土對結(jié)構(gòu)物的支撐作用的同時(shí)也保證了維修及加固的效果。鐵路一般都承擔(dān)著較為繁重的運(yùn)輸任務(wù),故作為鐵路橋梁的地基加固與一般新建建筑物的前期加固有所不同,加固時(shí)無論采取何種方式,原地基的穩(wěn)定性都不能被擾動(dòng)。所以對于既有線橋梁基礎(chǔ)的處理,常規(guī)的置換加固法、強(qiáng)夯法等都不適用。然而樹根樁因其不同于其他加固方法的特點(diǎn)和施工工藝特別適用于既有重載鐵路橋梁的基礎(chǔ)加固。本文在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上對樹根樁的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、分類、特點(diǎn)、適用范圍及計(jì)算等進(jìn)行了較為全面的總結(jié)。結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,利用ANSYS軟件對樹根樁加固橋梁基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行模擬,通過加固前后有限元非線性分析及結(jié)果對比,驗(yàn)證樹根樁具有良好的加固效果。并對樁長、樁徑、摩擦系數(shù)等因素對單樁及群樁的應(yīng)力及沉降變形的影響進(jìn)行了分析討論。對于樁土數(shù)值分析中存在的初始地應(yīng)力問題,即土體考慮先期沉降與否對樁土接觸分析的影響問題,本文利用設(shè)置生死單元和荷載步的方法進(jìn)行解決;并通過在帶承臺(tái)單樁模型(分為滑移和不滑移模型)算例上的應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了此方法具有可靠性,為類似工程提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The root pile can be kept to the maximum extent by the balance between the foundation and the structure, which is the advantage that it is different from the other piles. It is one of its advantages that it is widely used in the engineering of foundation reinforcement, rectification, slope stability and anti-floating of existing buildings, and the effect of maintenance and reinforcement is also ensured without damaging the supporting effect of the foundation soil on the structure. The railway generally bears the heavy transportation task, so the foundation reinforcement of the railway bridge is different from that of the general new building, and the stability of the original foundation can not be disturbed at the time of reinforcement. Therefore, the conventional replacement and reinforcement method, the dynamic compaction method and the like are not applicable to the treatment of the existing cable bridge foundation. However, the root pile is especially suitable for the foundation reinforcement of the existing heavy-duty railway bridge because of its different characteristics and construction technology. In this paper, the present situation, classification, characteristics, application range and calculation of the root pile at home and abroad are summarized in this paper. Combined with the engineering example, the bridge foundation of the root pile is simulated by the ANSYS software, and the reinforced effect of the root pile is verified by the finite element non-linear analysis before and after the reinforcement and the result comparison. The effects of pile length, pile diameter and coefficient of friction on the stress and settlement deformation of single pile and group pile are discussed. In this paper, the problem of the initial stress in the pile-soil numerical analysis, that is, the influence of the early settlement of the soil on the soil contact analysis, is solved by means of the method of setting the life-and-death unit and the load step. The reliability of this method is verified by the application of a single pile model with a bearing platform (divided into a slip and a non-slip model), and the reference and reference for similar projects are provided.
