芳烴油緩釋微膠囊的制備及緩釋性能研究

【摘要】:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)為壁材,利用溶劑揮發(fā)法制備芳烴油緩釋微膠囊。考察了工藝參數(shù)對微膠囊粒徑大小和表面形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,選擇明膠-十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)作為復合表面活性劑,芯壁材質(zhì)量比為1∶1,剪切速率為700 r/min時,所制備微膠囊大小均勻,平均粒徑在60μm左右,表面光滑,包覆較好。通過熱揮發(fā)失重實驗研究了微膠囊的緩釋性能。結(jié)果表明,205℃加熱4 h,芳烴油微膠囊揮發(fā)率只有31.8%,遠低于芳烴油的揮發(fā)率58.4%。表明微膠囊能夠明顯減緩芳烴油釋放速率,為芳烴油緩釋微膠囊在瀝青中的應用提供可行性。
[Abstract]:Aromatic oil sustained-release microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation using poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as wall material. The effects of technological parameters on the particle size and surface morphology of microcapsules were investigated. The results showed that when gelatin-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was selected as the composite surfactant, the core-wall material mass ratio was 1 渭 1, the shear rate was 700 r/min, the size of the microcapsules was uniform, the average diameter of the microcapsules was about 60 渭 m, and the surface of the microcapsules was smooth. The coating is better. The slow-release properties of microcapsules were studied by thermovolatilization weightlessness experiment. The results showed that when heated at 205 鈩,
