遙感影像與GIS一體化的公路改建項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)方法

【摘要】:以途經(jīng)包頭和巴彥淖爾2區(qū)的內(nèi)蒙古某改建公路為研究對(duì)象,采用遙感影像與GIS一體化技術(shù),從包頭和巴彥淖爾2個(gè)區(qū)植被、地貌、風(fēng)力、土壤等主要生態(tài)因子進(jìn)行研究,分析了生態(tài)環(huán)境受到人為擾動(dòng)后,從地表侵蝕的敏感性,生態(tài)的穩(wěn)定性、生態(tài)環(huán)境變化強(qiáng)度和人為活動(dòng)干擾性等。結(jié)果表明:在評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)相同時(shí),區(qū)劃尺度不同,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果有差異,尺度范圍在2 km內(nèi),尺度評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更可取。2014年,包頭、巴彥淖爾這2個(gè)區(qū)域25km范圍不穩(wěn)定性指數(shù)分別為76.61、2.74,2 km范圍內(nèi)分別為75.75、4.39。通過(guò)實(shí)踐論證,采用遙感與GIS技術(shù),評(píng)價(jià)分析了內(nèi)蒙古包頭和巴彥淖爾這2個(gè)區(qū)的公路修建生態(tài)環(huán)境影響,提供了一種新的公路修建項(xiàng)目生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)方法,為今后公路修建環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking a rebuilt highway in Inner Mongolia through Baotou and Bayannao districts as the research object, the main ecological factors, such as vegetation, geomorphology, wind and soil, were studied from Baotou and Bayannur regions by means of remote sensing image and GIS integration technology, and the main ecological factors, such as vegetation, geomorphology, wind, soil and so on, were studied. The sensitivity of surface erosion, the ecological stability, the intensity of ecological environment change and the disturbance of man-made activities are analyzed after the ecological environment is disturbed by man-made disturbance. The results show that when the evaluation technology is the same, the zonation scale is different and the evaluation results are different, the scale range is within 2 km, and the scale evaluation result is preferable. In 2014, Baotou, The 25km instability indices in the two regions were 76.61, 2.74 and 75.75, 4.39, respectively, in the range of 2 km. Through practice and demonstration, using remote sensing and GIS technology, the ecological environmental impact of highway construction in Baotou and Bayannao districts of Inner Mongolia is evaluated and analyzed, and a new method of eco-environmental impact assessment of highway construction project is provided. It provides reference for the environmental evaluation of highway construction in the future.
