新大成隧道基底脫空病害區(qū)動力特性分析及注漿加固研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國鐵路發(fā)展日新月異,鐵路隧道隨之增多,現(xiàn)有鐵路隧道病害也日益凸顯,其中隧道基底病害是隧道病害中較為常見病害之一。隧道基底病害嚴(yán)重時將對行車安全造成嚴(yán)重影響。目前針對隧道基底病害現(xiàn)象開展系統(tǒng)分析的文獻(xiàn)尚少,本文以新大成鐵路隧道為依托,對該隧道基底存在的病害問題進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查與分析,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)以地質(zhì)雷達(dá)和鉆探為手段對新大成隧道基底病害進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,探究了病害形式、分布段落以及病害成因。其中基底脫空病害相對嚴(yán)重,且多分布于Ⅲ級圍巖段。(2)用精密水準(zhǔn)儀對道心處路基表面和內(nèi)軌頂面進(jìn)行了沉降變形觀測,進(jìn)一步確定了病害分布區(qū)域及基底沉降程度。(3)在新大成隧道內(nèi)分隔標(biāo)為分+1350、分+1965、分+1970、分+2000、分+2530的這五個特征斷面處鉆孔埋設(shè)壓力盒和應(yīng)變片,進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場測試,分析了動應(yīng)力及動應(yīng)變在隧道基底不同位置處的分布規(guī)律。(4)借助MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行編程,對現(xiàn)場動力測試采集的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行頻譜分析,獲得了頻域分布規(guī)律,信號組成,得出了隧道基底敏感頻率。(5)利用新大成隧道基底鉆孔取芯材料進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)試驗,獲得相關(guān)參數(shù),為數(shù)值模擬奠定了基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)之前調(diào)查得到的隧道基底脫空病害分布規(guī)律,通過Midas/GTS有限元軟件分別模擬了正常狀態(tài)和單側(cè)、雙側(cè)、中間脫空等不同工況條件下新大成隧道,然后對不同工況下隧道基底應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律作出分析。(6)針對新大成隧道基底存在的不同脫空情況,結(jié)合常用注漿方案,對隧道基底脫空病害區(qū)進(jìn)行了注漿加固模擬,對注漿參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選,對注漿工藝提出了合理建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of railway in China, the number of railway tunnels has increased, and the existing railway tunnel diseases have become increasingly prominent. Among them, tunnel base disease is one of the more common diseases in tunnel diseases. When the tunnel base disease is serious, the traffic safety will be seriously affected. At present, there are few literatures on the systematic analysis of tunnel basement diseases. Based on the Xindacheng railway tunnel, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the defects existing in the tunnel basement. The main contents are as follows: (1) the basement disease of Xindacheng tunnel is investigated by means of ground penetrating radar and drilling, and the form, distribution and cause of the disease are discussed.
