簡支寬橋分析

【摘要】:隨著交通量不斷增大,行車速度的提高,為了適應(yīng)城市交通的快速發(fā)展和道路的不斷拓寬,寬梁橋相應(yīng)而生,在設(shè)計建設(shè)中扮演著越來越重要的角色。更多橋梁的寬跨比超過1,以至更大。梁橋?qū)挾鹊脑黾?使得寬橋結(jié)構(gòu)有著顯著的空間受力效應(yīng),荷載作用下不僅要考慮橋梁上部構(gòu)造沿縱向產(chǎn)生彎曲,而且更多地要考慮整個橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)沿橫橋向變形。由于裝配式簡支空心板和簡支T梁橋自身的優(yōu)勢和特點而廣泛應(yīng)用到寬梁橋中。對于簡支寬橋,橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)出雙向板的受力特征,使得主梁之間橫向協(xié)同受力作用不可忽略。因此,分析大寬跨比簡支梁橋荷載橫向分布規(guī)律是必要的,對于寬梁橋的設(shè)計、檢測加固具有參考意義。本文利用有限元軟件建立不同寬跨比的簡支空心板寬梁橋和簡支T梁橋的有限元模型,展開簡支寬梁橋荷載橫向分布規(guī)律的研究。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.考慮了寬橋荷載橫向分布的不同因素,基于荷載橫向分布理論中鉸接板梁法,建立考慮鉸縫損傷后和考慮橋面鋪裝層共同受力后的鉸接板梁法的計算方法,豐富鉸接板梁法計算理論;利用建立正交簡支空心板橋和簡支T梁橋的實體模型,建立正交簡支空心板梁橋梁格模型,對比分析通過鉸接板梁法和有限元法計算得到的荷載橫向分布影響線豎標值,驗證建模的合理性。2.基于合理的有限元建模方法建立不同跨徑簡支空心板寬梁橋和簡支T型寬梁橋的有限元模型,開展了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)寬跨比的變化、橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)跨徑的變化、不同橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)橫斷面截面形式對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)荷載橫向分布的影響分析。并研究出荷載沿橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)橫橋向主要影響范圍寬度,以此得到合理的橋梁寬度。3.基于對寬橋荷載橫向分布研究得到的一般規(guī)律理論上進一步對影響寬梁橋橫向分布的各個因素及影響程度展開研究,建立裝配式簡支空心板寬橋的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)空間模型,探討鉸縫損傷、鉸縫混凝土強度等級、橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)橋面系中橋面鋪裝層對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)荷載分布及橫向連接構(gòu)造產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of traffic volume and the increase of driving speed, in order to adapt to the rapid development of urban traffic and the continuous widening of roads, wide-beam bridges play a more and more important role in the design and construction. More bridges have a width-span ratio of more than 1, or even larger. With the increase of beam bridge width, the wide bridge structure has a significant spatial force effect. Under load, not only the upper structure of the bridge should be considered bending along the longitudinal direction, but also the deformation of the bridge structure along the transverse direction should be taken into account. Due to the advantages and characteristics of assembled simply supported hollow plates and simply supported T-beam bridges, they are widely used in wide-beam bridges. For the simple-supported wide bridge, the structure of the bridge shows the characteristics of the two-way plate, which makes the transverse cooperative force between the main beams not to be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the transverse load distribution law of simple supported beam bridge with large width-span ratio, which is of reference significance for the design of wide-beam bridge and the detection and reinforcement of the bridge. In this paper, the finite element models of simply supported hollow slab wide beam bridge and T beam bridge with different width to span ratio are established by using finite element software, and the transverse load distribution law of simply supported wide beam bridge is studied. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1. Considering the different factors of lateral load distribution of wide bridge, based on the method of hinged plate beam in the theory of lateral distribution of load, the calculation method of hinged plate beam considering joint damage of hinged joints and joint stress of deck pavement is established. Enrich the calculation theory of hinged plate beam method; The solid models of orthogonal simply supported hollow slab bridge and simply supported T-beam bridge are established, and the lattice models of orthogonal simply supported hollow slab girder bridge are established. The vertical standard values of load transverse distribution influence line calculated by hinged plate beam method and finite element method are compared and analyzed. Verify the rationality of modeling. 2. Based on the reasonable finite element modeling method, the finite element models of simply supported hollow slab wide beam bridges and T wide beam bridges with different spans are established. The change of width to span ratio of bridge structure and span change of bridge structure are carried out. The influence of different cross-section forms of bridge structure on the transverse load distribution of bridge structure is analyzed. The width of the main influence range along the transverse direction of the bridge structure is studied, and the reasonable width of the bridge is obtained. 3. Based on the general law obtained from the research on the lateral distribution of load of wide bridge, the factors affecting the lateral distribution of wide-beam bridge and the degree of influence are further studied theoretically, and the spatial model of the bridge structure of the assembled simply supported hollow slab wide bridge is established. The influence of joint damage, joint concrete strength grade, deck pavement in bridge deck system on load distribution and transverse connection structure of bridge structure is discussed.
