不同應(yīng)力吸收層綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:為研究及評(píng)價(jià)不同應(yīng)力吸收層的綜合性能,在對(duì)國內(nèi)外應(yīng)力吸收層研究學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取5種典型的應(yīng)力吸收層進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)研究。研究包括橡膠瀝青、改性乳化瀝青、土工格柵、聚酯玻纖布及Strata應(yīng)力吸收層5種典型應(yīng)力吸收層,對(duì)它們分別進(jìn)行拉拔試驗(yàn)、剪切試驗(yàn)、低溫小梁彎曲及疲勞試驗(yàn),通過拉拔強(qiáng)度、抗剪強(qiáng)度、斷裂能及疲勞壽命等指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)它們的黏結(jié)性能、抗剪性能、低溫性能及疲勞性能。最后對(duì)比了它們的使用成本,并推薦了一種性價(jià)比最優(yōu)的應(yīng)力吸收層用于項(xiàng)目中。
[Abstract]:In order to study and evaluate the comprehensive performance of different stress absorbing layers, five typical stress absorbing layers were selected for systematic experimental study on the basis of studying the stress absorbing layers at home and abroad. Five typical stress absorbing layers, including rubber asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, geogrid, polyester glass fiber cloth and Strata stress absorbing layer, were tested by drawing test, shear test, low temperature beam bending and fatigue test, respectively. Their adhesion, shear, low temperature and fatigue properties were evaluated by drawing strength, shear strength, fracture energy and fatigue life. Finally, the cost of their use is compared, and a cost-effective stress absorbing layer is recommended for the project.
