【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,大量公路工程改造項(xiàng)目在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位越來越重要,而公路工程改造項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)階段及以后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。壽光市隨著近年的發(fā)展,永樂路已經(jīng)難以滿足當(dāng)?shù)赝ㄇ凇⑦\(yùn)輸?shù)冉煌ㄐ枰?因此本文以壽光市永樂路改造工程項(xiàng)目為案例,探究項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的計(jì)劃及實(shí)施方案,保障項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量。本文基于文獻(xiàn)分析法在對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,將定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合,針對(duì)壽光市永樂路改造工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究與分析,探究項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量影響因素,制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃,提出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施方案與保障措施,為壽光市永樂路改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理提供一定借鑒。第一部分概述了本文的研究背景與研究意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)介紹了本文的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)；第二部分針對(duì)壽光市永樂路改造工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行案例分析,在介紹工程概況及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求的基礎(chǔ)上分析工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的影響因素：編制壽光市永樂路改造工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,分析項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的目標(biāo)及原則,確定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)；第三部分制定工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制實(shí)施方案,主要分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃實(shí)施的總方案,同時(shí)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行的各個(gè)階段制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制執(zhí)行的具體方案；第四部分針對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制實(shí)施方案制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保障措施。全文通過對(duì)壽光市永樂路改造工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理、控制與實(shí)施研究,為同類公路工程項(xiàng)目提供一定借鑒的同時(shí)豐富我國(guó)公路工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的理論體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)本文研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐意義及理論借鑒意義。綜上所述,施工企業(yè)為了在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,應(yīng)該積極采取新的知識(shí)、理念和新技術(shù)、新工藝、新方法等,采用新的生產(chǎn)方式和質(zhì)量模式,特別公路項(xiàng)目面臨激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的時(shí)代,我國(guó)的施工企業(yè)需要及時(shí)了解并學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目方法和國(guó)際項(xiàng)目的通用做法,才能提高項(xiàng)目水平和項(xiàng)目成功率,才能提高建筑工程的技術(shù)含量、附加值及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,才能確保工程質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)我國(guó)的路政建設(shè)持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, a large number of highway engineering reconstruction projects play a more and more important role in the social and economic development, and the quality of highway engineering transformation projects is directly related to the sustainability of local economic development at present and in the future. With the development of Shouguang City in recent years, Yongle Road has been difficult to meet the local traffic needs such as commuting, transportation and so on. Therefore, this paper takes the Yongle Road Reconstruction Project of Shouguang City as an example to explore the plan and implementation scheme of project quality management. Guarantee the quality of the project. Based on literature analysis, this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis by combining theory with practice on the basis of theoretical analysis of project quality management. This paper studies and analyzes the project quality management of Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City, probes into the influencing factors of the project quality, formulates the project quality management plan, and puts forward the implementation scheme and guarantee measures of the project quality management. Shouguang City Yongle Road reconstruction project quality management to provide a certain reference. The first part summarizes the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the current research situation at home and abroad. At the same time, it introduces the basic theory knowledge of this paper. The second part analyzes the quality management of Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City. On the basis of introducing the general situation of the project and the quality standards and requirements of the project, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the quality of the project: drawing up the quality plan of the Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City, and analyzing the objectives and principles of the project quality plan. Determine the key points of the project quality plan; The third part of the project quality control implementation plan, the main analysis of the project quality control plan implementation of the general plan, at the same time according to each stage of the project operation of the project quality control implementation of the specific plan; The fourth part of the project quality control for the implementation of the project quality assurance measures. Through the research on the quality management, control and implementation of Yongle Road Reconstruction Project in Shouguang City, this paper provides some reference for similar highway engineering projects and enriches the theoretical system of quality control of highway engineering projects in China. To realize the practical significance of this study and theoretical reference significance. To sum up, in order to be invincible in the fierce market competition, construction enterprises should actively adopt new knowledge, ideas and new technology, new methods and so on, and adopt new mode of production and quality. In an era of fierce competition in special highway projects, construction enterprises in China need to know and learn from modern project methods and common practices of international projects in a timely manner, in order to improve the project level and project success rate. In order to improve the technical content, added value and market competitiveness of the construction project, we can ensure the quality of the project and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the road construction in our country.
