【摘要】：擬對水性環(huán)氧乳化瀝青的路用性能及其微表處的抗車轍性能進行評價。通過粘結強度試驗、拉伸試驗以及儲存穩(wěn)定性試驗對水性環(huán)氧乳化瀝青的路用性能進行評價,并通過輪轍變形試驗及車轍試驗評價其微表處混合料的抗車轍性能。試驗結果表明:水性環(huán)氧乳化瀝青的性能隨著環(huán)氧摻量的增加而提高,與普通改性乳化瀝青相比,環(huán)氧摻量為20%時,25℃的粘結強度提高131%,45℃的粘結強度提高478%;拉伸強度提高6倍;斷裂伸長率降低88%,微表處的動穩(wěn)定度提高2.5倍,輪轍橫向變形降低了75%。當水性環(huán)氧摻量超過30%時,經24 h靜置后后會出現析出現象,最終確定水性環(huán)氧摻量不宜超過30%。
[Abstract]:The road performance and rut resistance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt are evaluated.
