鋼管混凝土桁肋內(nèi)栓釘相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)受力行為試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The behavior of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) K-shaped joints (internal stud joints) with stud in the inner wall of the main pipe was tested, and the contrast tests of the joints without internal stud were carried out at the same time. In the test, the pressure was applied on the main pipe and the same amount of synchronous pressure and tension were applied on the two branches. The experimental results show that the failure of this joint is buckling of compressed branch, and the deformation curve of load-compression branch can be divided into elastic section and elastic-plastic section. With or without internal stud, the strain in welded area of the main pipe is larger than that in other regions. The curves of its relationship with load can be divided into elastic segment and elasto-plastic section, while the rest of the steel pipe is in elastic state. The internal bolt will not change the distribution of the strain of the main pipe, but the setting of the pin will reduce the strain of the pipe, which indicates that the inner bolt can transfer the external force from the steel tube to the concrete in the pipe, and the effect on the position of the strain concentration is more obvious. In the main axis, the strain is mainly in the range of about 2.7 times the diameter of the branch pipe on both sides of the central section of the joint, and in the circumferential direction of the main pipe, the strain is mainly concentrated in the range of-60 擄- 60 擄to 60 擄of the center angle. It is suggested that the strain concentration area in the axial and circumferential direction should be regarded as the main layout area of the internal stud, and that there can be less or no arrangement outside the area.
