基于4D-BIM的施工物料全過程管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:分析了基于BIM技術(shù)的施工物料管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例論述了基于BIM技術(shù)構(gòu)建施工物料管理系統(tǒng)的模式和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。并建立了對(duì)物料單全過程追蹤,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控物料清單,達(dá)到對(duì)物料的數(shù)量和位置等進(jìn)行追蹤分析與把控,可以解決成本控制、物料供應(yīng)以及庫存管理等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,提高物料管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)施工進(jìn)度和物料的集成化,進(jìn)而達(dá)到智慧施工和動(dòng)態(tài)化管理。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the practical significance of construction material management based on BIM technology, and discusses the mode and realization scheme of constructing construction material management system based on BIM technology combined with engineering examples. The whole process of the bill of materials tracking, real-time monitoring of the bill of materials, to achieve the quantity and location of the material tracking analysis and control, can solve the cost control, material supply and inventory management and other practical problems, and so on. Improve the level of material management, realize the integration of construction schedule and material, and then achieve intelligent construction and dynamic management.
