導(dǎo)電超薄抗滑磨耗層長(zhǎng)期性能試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The long-term durability of conductive ultra-thin anti-slip wear layer under the action of freeze-thaw, water pressure and repeated load was tested by accelerated loading test and freeze-thaw cycle test. The results show that the initial resistivity of the conductive ultra-thin anti-slip wear layer is 4.18 脳 10 ~ 3 惟 m, and becomes 4.15 脳 10 脳 10 ~ 3 惟 m after three cycles of freezing and thawing. The resistivity increases by 5.0% and 2.5% respectively after the coupling action of freeze-thaw and 1 million-axis cumulative load and the accelerated loading of 500000-axis immersion water. The initial friction pendulum value of the conductive ultra-thin anti-sliding wear layer is 65 脳 67 BPN, and the friction pendulum value decreases by 10.0% and 6.0% respectively after the coupled action of freezing-thawing and 1 million-axis cumulative load and the accelerated loading of 500000-axis immersion water. That is, the conductive ultra-thin anti-skid wear layer has good durability in both conductive and anti-skid performance; Under the condition of 36V power supply, the heating power of conductive and ultra-thin anti-skid wear layer is 427.7 W/m2 (2m electrode spacing), which can meet the need of melting snow and ice on the road surface.
