基于BIM的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)施工模擬與監(jiān)測(cè)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,各種輔助軟件在工程領(lǐng)域技術(shù)行業(yè)發(fā)揮了重大作用。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,簡(jiǎn)稱BIM)的出現(xiàn)是建筑業(yè)內(nèi)又一重大的變革。將BIM應(yīng)用到橋梁工程設(shè)計(jì)與施工,可以使橋梁工程的施工效率顯著提高。本文在查閱文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上簡(jiǎn)要介紹了BIM技術(shù)的相關(guān)概念、特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀以及在施工階段引入BIM的重要性。根據(jù)施工進(jìn)度監(jiān)測(cè)相關(guān)技術(shù),探討了引入BIM后的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的施工監(jiān)測(cè)。文章以一鋼管混凝土拱橋?yàn)槔?運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)建立了可視化的三維模型,在3D模型的基礎(chǔ)上與模擬施工的軟件完成了數(shù)據(jù)交互,實(shí)現(xiàn)了4D的施工模擬。同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)了BIM的核心建模軟件Revit與結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis的無縫對(duì)接。通過與結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件Robot的數(shù)據(jù)交互,計(jì)算了結(jié)構(gòu)在施工階段的安全性。案例表明BIM技術(shù)能夠?yàn)闃蛄旱氖┕けO(jiān)測(cè)提供有效的支持,提高監(jiān)測(cè)效率,減少返工,能更有效的進(jìn)行橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的施工進(jìn)度管理,減少施工過程中的安全隱患,更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)最初的設(shè)計(jì)目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, various auxiliary software plays an important role in the field of engineering technology. The emergence of building information model (Building Information Modeling, (BIM) is another important change in the construction industry. The application of BIM to bridge engineering design and construction can greatly improve the construction efficiency of bridge engineering. This paper briefly introduces the concept, characteristics, application status of BIM and the importance of introducing BIM in construction stage on the basis of consulting the literature. According to the relative technology of construction progress monitoring, the construction monitoring of bridge structure after the introduction of BIM is discussed. Taking a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge as an example, the visual three-dimensional model is established by using BIM technology. On the basis of the 3D model, the data exchange is completed with the simulation software, and the 4D construction simulation is realized. At the same time, the seamless connection between the core modeling software Revit of BIM and the structural computing software Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis is realized. The safety of the structure in the construction stage is calculated by interacting with the data of the structure calculation software Robot. The case shows that BIM technology can provide effective support for bridge construction monitoring, improve monitoring efficiency, reduce rework, can more effectively carry out the construction schedule management of bridge structures, and reduce the hidden safety risks in the construction process. Better achieve the original design purpose.
