DMA法研究拌和溫度對瀝青黏彈性能的影響

【摘要】:采用動態(tài)力學分析(DMA)方法研究瀝青老化前后的黏彈性質,利用動態(tài)剪切流變儀(DSR)進行溫度掃描和頻率掃描并分析各黏彈性指標的變化,采用Cross模型和Carreau模型擬合得到瀝青的零剪切黏度,分析老化溫度對瀝青黏彈性能的影響。結果表明:在測定溫度范圍內,瀝青的復數(shù)模量|G*|和車轍因子|G*|/sinδ均隨測試溫度增加而減小但相位角δ增大;在測定頻率范圍內,瀝青的損失模量(G″)和儲存模量(G′)均隨頻率(ω)增大而增大,同等老化程度瀝青的G″始終大于G′,且差值隨頻率增加而減小;對于不同老化溫度的影響,零剪切黏度的分析結果與溫度掃描、頻率掃描關聯(lián)性較好,老化溫度越高瀝青的高溫性能越好,抗車轍性能越優(yōu),但施工和易性下降,且溫度超過163℃時老化速度快速增加。
[Abstract]:The viscoelastic properties of asphalt before and after aging were studied by means of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) method, and the temperature and frequency scanning were performed by using dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and the changes of viscoelastic indexes were analyzed. The zero shear viscosity of asphalt was obtained by Cross model and Carreau model, and the effect of aging temperature on viscoelastic properties of asphalt was analyzed. The results show that the complex modulus of asphalt, G * and the rutting factor, G * / sin 未, decrease with the increase of temperature, but the phase angle 未 increases with the increase of test temperature. The loss modulus (G ") and storage modulus (G') of asphalt increase with the increase of frequency (蠅). The G" of asphalt with the same aging degree is always larger than G ", and the difference decreases with the increase of frequency. For the effect of different aging temperature, the analysis result of zero shear viscosity has a good correlation with temperature scanning and frequency scanning. The higher the aging temperature, the better the high temperature performance of asphalt, the better the rutting resistance, but the lower the construction and ease.
