基于路面高精三維圖像的車轍識(shí)別與評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:瀝青路面作為我國(guó)高等級(jí)公路路面的主要形式,其服務(wù)性能的好壞直接影響到了人們出行的舒適感,交通的順暢性。隨著越來(lái)越多的高等級(jí)瀝青路面投入使用,如何對(duì)已建道路路面進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的檢測(cè)、養(yǎng)護(hù)管理,成了道路管理者需要面臨的一大問題。而科學(xué)合理的對(duì)路面破損狀況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià)是進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的重要前提。本文主要以車轍破損為研究對(duì)象,從車轍的檢測(cè)設(shè)備、檢測(cè)方法、車轍圖像處理、車轍特征提取以及車轍指標(biāo)建立這幾個(gè)方面展開了研究。首先介紹路面破損的主要類型,針對(duì)車轍破損的成因,危害進(jìn)行主要描述,并提出現(xiàn)有車轍檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和評(píng)價(jià)方法的不足和存在的問題。隨后對(duì)公路路面檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備的多樣性進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要描述,對(duì)于車轍病害的檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行主要介紹,分別列出各檢測(cè)設(shè)備的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。介紹DHDV數(shù)字化公路檢測(cè)車的檢測(cè)原理和激光三維掃描系統(tǒng)以及高精度路面三維圖像與二維圖像的不同之處。第三部分是對(duì)路面高精三維圖像的預(yù)處理。借鑒已有的二維圖像的去噪處理方法,提出適用于高精度三維圖像的車轍病害的去噪算法。并對(duì)去噪處理后的路面橫斷面曲線與人工繪制的橫截面曲線進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證算法的有效性以及穩(wěn)定性。最后是車轍特征的提取和車轍指標(biāo)的建立。根據(jù)第四章獲取的路面橫截面車轍曲線,提取車轍的深度、面積、寬度等數(shù)據(jù),建立了能夠反映車轍破損狀況的車轍評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is the main form of high grade highway pavement in our country. The service performance of asphalt pavement has a direct impact on people's travel comfort and traffic smoothness. With more and more high-grade asphalt pavement being put into use, how to detect and maintain the pavement in real time has become a big problem that road managers need to face. The scientific and reasonable detection and evaluation of pavement damage is an important prerequisite for maintenance management. In this paper, rut damage is the main research object, from the rut detection equipment, detection methods, rut image processing, rut feature extraction and rut index establishment, the paper studies the rut detection equipment, detection method, rut image processing, rut feature extraction and rut index establishment. This paper first introduces the main types of pavement damage, mainly describes the causes and hazards of rutting damage, and puts forward the shortcomings and problems of the existing rut detection system and evaluation methods. Then the diversity of highway pavement detection system and equipment is briefly described, and the detection methods of rutting diseases are mainly introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each detection equipment are listed respectively. This paper introduces the detection principle of DHDV digital highway inspection vehicle, the laser three-dimensional scanning system and the difference between high-precision three-dimensional image and two-dimensional image of road surface. The third part is the preprocessing of high-precision three-dimensional road surface image. Based on the existing two-dimensional image denoising methods, a rut disease denoising algorithm for high-precision 3D images is proposed. The effectiveness and stability of the algorithm are verified by comparing the cross-section curve of road surface after denoising with that of manual drawing. Finally, the extraction of rutting feature and the establishment of rutting index. According to the rutting curve of road cross-section obtained in the fourth chapter, the data of rut depth, area and width are extracted, and the rut evaluation index which can reflect the rut damage is established.
