【摘要】：為揭示老化SBS改性瀝青的再生規(guī)律和指導(dǎo)再生瀝青設(shè)計(jì),分別測試了應(yīng)用新SBS改性瀝青和再生劑再生老化SBS改性瀝青的性能,并回歸了再生瀝青性能與新瀝青、再生劑摻量的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明,再生SBS改性瀝青的高溫性能好,低溫性能不能得到有效地改善,必須采取新SBS改性瀝青與再生劑復(fù)合再生方式。由于SBS改性劑交聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)在老化前后的差異,再生SBS改性瀝青軟化點(diǎn)隨新瀝青和再生劑摻量的增加呈現(xiàn)出相反的發(fā)展趨勢。再生SBS改性瀝青的黏度、針入度與新瀝青、再生劑摻量之間非線性關(guān)系可采用兩相液體混溶模型描述,軟化點(diǎn)、延度與新瀝青或再生劑摻量之間分別具有良好的線性和指數(shù)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the regeneration law of aging SBS modified asphalt and guide the design of recycled asphalt, the properties of new SBS modified asphalt and regenerative aging SBS modified asphalt were tested, and the properties of recycled asphalt and new asphalt were regressed. The relationship between the amount of regenerant and the amount of regenerator. The results show that the high temperature performance of recycled SBS modified asphalt is good, and the low temperature performance can not be effectively improved. The new SBS modified asphalt and regenerative compound regeneration method must be adopted. Due to the difference of the crosslinking network structure of SBS modifier before and after aging, the softening point of regenerated SBS modified asphalt shows a reverse trend with the increase of new asphalt and regenerating agent content. The nonlinear relationship between viscosity, penetration and the content of new asphalt and regenerative agent of recycled SBS modified asphalt can be described by two-phase liquid mixing model. There is a good linear and exponential relationship between ductility and the content of new asphalt or regenerative agent.
