高海拔高寒凍土地區(qū)合理路面結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)性評價
[Abstract]:The high altitude alpine permafrost region has a special natural environment, which is characterized by low temperature, large temperature difference, strong radiation and widespread distribution of various permafrost, which brings severe challenges to road construction. Qinghai-Xizang Plateau road has the characteristics of fast deterioration of performance, variety and density of roadbed and pavement diseases, and low driving safety and comfort. By investigating the disease of roadbed and pavement in Qinghai-Tibet region, this paper analyzes the limitation of existing subgrade and pavement structure, and puts forward the pavement structure form suitable for high altitude alpine permafrost region. Using the numerical simulation method, the pavement structure behavior of the experimental section is studied. According to the principle of "reasonable first and then economical", the life cycle cost of reasonable pavement structure in test section is calculated, and the most economical and reasonable pavement structure is recommended on this basis. Through the general survey of Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Qingkang Highway at high altitude and Qingkang Highway, combined with the climatic conditions, the characteristics of frozen soil, the traffic load level and the existing structure of roadbed and pavement in Qinghai-Tibet region, This paper analyzes the disease characteristics and causes of roadbed and pavement, and puts forward the pavement structure form suitable for permafrost region. Based on the K629 800~K634 200 section of Tongyu Expressway, the numerical calculation models of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, composite base asphalt pavement and flexible base asphalt pavement and subgrade in permafrost region are established. The material parameters, constitutive model, boundary conditions and initial conditions of each structure layer are determined. The numerical calculation of the temperature field, deformation field and the tensile stress at the bottom of each structural layer of the subgrade and pavement structure verifies the rationality of the composite base pavement structure and the flexible base asphalt pavement structure in the experimental section. On the premise that the pavement structure behavior meets the requirements, the cost analysis software is used to calculate the cost of the reasonable pavement structure during the construction period. Based on the field investigation data, using the grey Markov prediction model to evaluate and predict the pavement use status of Tongyu Expressway Phase I test section, and based on this, to determine the maintenance opportunity of the test section, and to formulate the maintenance plan. Realize the calculation of maintenance cost. Based on the theory of full life cycle, the life cycle cost of reasonable pavement structure of Tongyu High-speed Phase I Project is calculated. The results show that asphalt pavement with graded crushed stone base is the most economical and reasonable pavement structure.
