極淺埋富水砂層地鐵橫通道注漿加固與開挖穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:針對極淺埋富水砂層地鐵隧道橫通道可能出現(xiàn)的施工安全問題,采用室內(nèi)實驗、理論分析及數(shù)值模擬的方法,對隧道進行注漿加固試驗及開挖工法的優(yōu)選,提出一套適用于淺埋富水砂層橫通道的注漿加固工藝及開挖工法。認為注漿加固可有效提高砂層的物理力學(xué)參數(shù)和土體力學(xué)性能;支護時間越遲,圍巖變形越大,預(yù)加固可有效提高圍巖的物理力學(xué)參數(shù),降低圍巖變形,改善地層的應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變關(guān)系;對臺階法與CRD(交叉中隔墻法)法開挖后拱頂沉降、應(yīng)力及塑性區(qū)分布特征進行了對比分析,通過現(xiàn)場開挖監(jiān)測量控與數(shù)值分析的對比,驗證了該工藝的可行性,該研究可為類似工程提供一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the possible safety problems in the cross passage of the underground tunnel in the extremely shallow water-rich sand layer, the method of laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is adopted to carry out the grouting reinforcement test and the optimization of the excavation method for the tunnel. This paper presents a set of grouting reinforcement technology and excavation method suitable for cross passage of shallow water rich sand layer. It is considered that grouting reinforcement can effectively improve the physical and mechanical parameters of sand layer and the mechanical properties of soil. The later the supporting time, the bigger the surrounding rock deformation. Pre-reinforcement can effectively improve the physical and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock, reduce the surrounding rock deformation, and improve the stress-strain relationship. The characteristics of settlement, stress and plastic zone distribution of arch after excavation by step method and CRD method are compared and analyzed. The feasibility of this process is verified by comparison of field excavation monitoring quantity control and numerical analysis. This study can provide some reference and guidance for similar projects.
