單對(duì)水平支撐TBM支撐推進(jìn)協(xié)調(diào)控制研究
[Abstract]:In order to coordinate the support system of (TBM) boot and propulsion system of single pair horizontal braced hard rock tunnel boring machine, a coordinated control system of TBM bracing propulsion is proposed in order to have more complex geological adaptability. The mechanical model of TBM bracing propulsive mechanism is established, and the theoretical optimal relationship between propulsive cylinder pressure and boot support cylinder pressure is deduced according to the model. A kind of hydraulic system for coordinated control of TBM support propulsion is designed. The dynamic simulation analysis of the hydraulic system is carried out by using AMESim simulation software, and the validity of the system is analyzed according to the actual propulsion pressure spectrum in a certain engineering area. The results show that the theoretical optimum value of the supporting cylinder pressure is approximately linear positive correlation with the propulsion cylinder pressure under the same propelling displacement. The pressure curve of the supporting cylinder of the system can track the theoretical setting curve well and coordinate with the propelling pressure and displacement. The maximum relative error and mean square error are 1. 45% and 0. 05 MPa, respectively. Compared with the maximum relative error of 1.72% and the mean square error of 0.12 MPa, the coordinated control system is effective.
