在役乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的疲勞性能

【摘要】:通過應(yīng)力控制下的劈裂疲勞試驗(yàn),分析了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服役多年的乳化瀝青冷再生混合料及室內(nèi)新成型的乳化瀝青冷再生混合料勁度模量衰減特征以及2類混合料疲勞破壞階段的黏彈性特征;結(jié)合損傷分析,提出了在役冷再生瀝青混合料和新成型冷再生混合料疲勞破壞準(zhǔn)則;對(duì)比了不同車道的在役冷再生混合料和新成型冷再生混合料的疲勞壽命,結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際軸載作用次數(shù)的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致冷再生混合料剩余疲勞壽命的降低,冷再生混合料在使用中存在疲勞性能增長過程.
[Abstract]:Through the splitting fatigue test under stress control, The characteristics of stiffness modulus attenuation of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture and newly formed emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture for many years in the field and viscoelastic characteristics of fatigue failure stage of two kinds of mixtures are analyzed. Combined with damage analysis, the fatigue failure criteria of in-service cold recycled asphalt mixture and newly formed cold recycled asphalt mixture are put forward. The fatigue life of the in-service cold recycled mixture and the newly formed cold recycled mixture in different lanes are compared. The results show that the increase of actual axial load on site will result in the decrease of residual fatigue life of cold recycled mixture. There is a process of fatigue growth in the use of cold recycled mixture.
