溫州甌江北口大橋主橋設計關鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:溫州甌江北口大橋主橋為主跨2×800m的三塔雙層橋面鋼桁梁懸索橋,上層通行6車道高速公路,下層通行6車道一級公路。針對該橋多塔、大跨、雙層橋面的特點,對其支承體系、加勁梁、中塔及其基礎設計關鍵技術(shù)進行研究。基于結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理性以及運營安全等因素,該橋支承體系采用縱向在加勁梁梁端設置阻尼器;豎向在橋塔及邊墩處設置豎向支座,并對橋塔處進行壓重;橫向在加勁梁與塔柱間設置抗風支座。綜合考慮運輸及安裝、抗風穩(wěn)定性、使用功能及經(jīng)濟性等因素,加勁梁采用正交異性鋼橋面板與主桁結(jié)合的整體式鋼桁梁,全橋4跨連續(xù)。為節(jié)省造價、降低后期維養(yǎng)工作量,中塔采用縱向A形鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),在中塔主纜鞍槽中設置多道豎向隔板,以提高主纜鋼絲與鞍槽間的摩擦力,保證主纜抗滑移安全。為提高結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、降低造價,中塔基礎采用防撞能力強的大型沉井基礎。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Beikou Bridge of Oujiang River in Wenzhou is a three-tower double-deck steel truss suspension bridge with a main span of 2 脳 800m. The upper deck passes 6-lane expressway and the lower layer passes 6-lane first-grade highway. According to the characteristics of multi-tower, large-span and double-deck bridge deck, the key technology of supporting system, stiffening beam, middle tower and its foundation design are studied. Based on such factors as structural rationality and operation safety, the supporting system of the bridge adopts longitudinal damper at the end of stiffened beam, vertical support at the bridge tower and side pier, and pressure on the bridge tower. Transverse wind support is arranged between stiffening beam and tower column. Considering the factors such as transportation and installation, wind stability, function and economy, the stiffening beam is composed of orthotropic steel deck slab and main truss. In order to save the cost and reduce the maintenance workload in the later period, the middle tower adopts longitudinal A-shaped reinforced concrete structure and sets up multiple vertical partitions in the saddle groove of the main cable of the middle tower, so as to increase the friction between the main cable steel wire and the saddle slot and ensure the safety of the main cable against slippage. In order to improve the stiffness of the structure and reduce the cost, the large caisson foundation with strong anti-collision ability is adopted in the middle tower foundation.
