瀘渝高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究
[Abstract]:The construction environment of the expressway project is complex, the period is long, the technical level is high, the internal and external factors of the construction project are frequently fluctuated by the long-term factors and random factors in this process. At the same time, the uncertainty of these factors complicates the management problem in the whole cycle, which raises the requirement of risk management in the complete construction cycle. Therefore, risk management is becoming more and more important in order to ensure the project can be implemented efficiently and smoothly. This paper chooses the risk management of expressway construction project as the research object, and focuses on how to form the risk factors in the construction (design, construction) stage of the expressway construction project, how to evaluate various kinds of uncertain risks. How to prevent risk and respond to these three aspects of the problem. In the course of studying how to form risk factors in expressway construction project, this paper summarizes and analyzes the duration, cost, quality, technology of expressway construction project according to the characteristics of expressway construction project. Contract and law are the five influencing factors. In the course of discussing how to evaluate the risk of expressway construction project, in order to set up the system of evaluating the risk index of the project, this paper analyzes and studies the risk evaluation methods of various engineering projects. On this basis, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model suitable for highway construction project risk evaluation is obtained. In the process of how to prevent the risk of highway construction project, this paper summarizes the risk prevention measures for cost management, time limit management, quality management, contract management, construction management and risk monitoring. In the last chapter of the paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to compare and select the project scheme of the Lu-Yu expressway construction project, and the problems existing in the risk management and the improvement measures are summarized. In this paper, the risk management in expressway construction is selected as the research object, and the fuzzy risk comprehensive evaluation method is put forward to meet the needs of large-scale engineering construction and applied to the comprehensive optimization of the line scheme of Luyu high speed construction project. In this paper, the theory of engineering project management is applied to the engineering example. The purpose of this paper is to carry out effective theoretical and empirical research on the risks existing in the present expressway construction project and to put forward the optimization scheme. It is hoped that the application and guidance effect of highway construction in the future will accelerate the development of traffic construction industry in China.
