瀝青混合料動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變性能與單軸貫入性能的研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中檢驗(yàn)瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性及抵抗變形的能力一般采用車(chē)轍試驗(yàn)或?yàn)r青混合料的動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度,但是試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與生產(chǎn)實(shí)際并沒(méi)有很好地相關(guān)性,因此本文對(duì)不同類(lèi)型的瀝青混合料分別進(jìn)行單軸貫入試驗(yàn)及動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變?cè)囼?yàn),并通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)和貫入試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,研究這兩個(gè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果隨溫度變化的關(guān)系,并建立起兩種試驗(yàn)之間的關(guān)系,以指導(dǎo)工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用。研究采用SMA-13,AC-20,AC-25,ATB-25四種級(jí)配的瀝青混合料,利用從成型的車(chē)轍板鉆取芯樣的方法成型試件,研究瀝青混合料在15℃、20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃這六種溫度下的性質(zhì)。在試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始之前,對(duì)原材料進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),同時(shí)控制芯樣的空隙率在一定范圍內(nèi),以確保試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果不會(huì)受試驗(yàn)過(guò)程以及試件本身的影響。本文研究了瀝青混合料不同級(jí)配及不同溫度的條件下抵抗變形能力的差異,建立了動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變模量隨溫度變化的關(guān)系、抗剪強(qiáng)度隨溫度變化的關(guān)系、貫入模量隨溫度變化的關(guān)系,以及動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變模量與抗剪強(qiáng)度、單軸貫入模量與動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變模量在不同溫度下的關(guān)系。由試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以看出,瀝青混合料動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變模量、抗剪強(qiáng)度及貫入模量都是隨著溫度的變化呈冪函數(shù)變化的關(guān)系,且相關(guān)系數(shù)比較高。單軸貫入試驗(yàn)與動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)具有很強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性,在研究瀝青混合料抵抗變形以及高溫抗剪切能力方面可以互相驗(yàn)證與代替,這為我們今后通過(guò)這兩種試驗(yàn)方法研究瀝青混合料相關(guān)性能提供了依據(jù)與方便。
[Abstract]:In the current code, rutting test or dynamic stability of asphalt mixture are generally used to test the high temperature stability and resistance to deformation of asphalt mixture, but the test results are not well correlated with the actual production. In this paper, the uniaxial penetration test and dynamic creep test of different kinds of asphalt mixture are carried out, and the relationship between these two test results with temperature is studied through the test results of dynamic creep test and penetration test. The relationship between the two tests was established to guide the practical application of the project.
