硬質瀝青顆粒成型相關技術研究

【摘要】:以硬質瀝青為代表,研究探索了瀝青顆粒化成型相關技術,并確定了工藝參數。鋼帶冷凝造粒法作為熔融造粒法的典型代表,適用于瀝青類物質的顆粒化成型。針對成型后瀝青顆粒在高溫下彼此黏結的問題,采取隔離措施防止黏結。PEG和PVC作為不同裹覆方式的典型代表,可作為隔離材料防止瀝青顆粒的黏結。裹覆PEG和PVC的硬質瀝青顆?稍50℃環(huán)境下保持顆粒良好。此外考察了隔離材料對硬質瀝青微觀性能的影響,結果顯示:硬質瀝青中相對低的飽和分與芳香分含量使得PEG和PVC難于在硬質瀝青內分散均勻。FTIR結果顯示,醚基的出現顯示PEG對硬質瀝青進行了化學改性,而PVC未對硬質瀝青進行化學改性。本研究的瀝青顆粒成型工藝和隔離措施可應用到基質和改性瀝青的顆粒成型,實現瀝青材料的冷運輸。
[Abstract]:On the basis of hard asphalt, the related technology of asphalt granulation was studied and the process parameters were determined. The steel strip condensation and granulation method is used as a typical representative of the melt-granulation method, and is suitable for the granulation forming of the asphalt material. In the light of the problems that the asphalt particles are bonded to each other at high temperature, the isolation measures are adopted to prevent the bonding. PEG and PVC, as a typical representative of different coating methods, can be used as an isolation material to prevent the bonding of the asphalt particles. The hard asphalt particles coated with PEG and PVC can keep the particles well under the environment of 50 DEG C. The effect of the isolation materials on the microstructure of the hard asphalt was also investigated. The results showed that the relatively low saturated and aromatic content in the hard asphalt made it difficult to disperse the PEG and PVC in the hard asphalt. The FTIR results show that the presence of the ether group shows that the PEG has the chemical modification to the hard asphalt, and the PVC does not chemically modify the hard asphalt. The technology and the isolation measures of the asphalt particle in this study can be applied to the particle formation of the matrix and the modified asphalt to realize the cold transport of the asphalt material.
