天目山隧道施工廢水特征分析及處理

【摘要】:天目山隧道進口段毗鄰"新安江—富春江—千島湖"國家級風景名勝區(qū),為避免隧道施工廢水影響當?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境和飲水安全,對其特征進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)廢水中懸浮物(SS)和酸堿度(p H)超標,且含有重金屬。部分水樣中汞(Hg)和鎳(Ni)超標(其中Hg的超標頻次較高),其他重金屬未超標,廢水中出現(xiàn)重金屬與地質有關。采用"初沉+混凝+沉淀+過濾"工藝處理廢水,初沉主要去除大顆粒懸浮物,混凝、沉淀主要去除細顆粒物和重金屬。結果表明:處理后的廢水各指標均滿足排放要求,處理成本為0.51元/m3,經(jīng)濟性較好。
[Abstract]:The entrance section of Tianmu Mountain Tunnel is adjacent to the "Xin 'anjiang-Fuchun River-Qiandao Lake" national scenic spot. In order to avoid the tunnel construction wastewater affecting the local ecological environment and drinking water safety, the characteristics are analyzed. It was found that the suspended substance (SS) and pH (p H) in the wastewater exceeded the standard and contained heavy metals. The mercury (Hg) and nickel (Ni) in some water samples exceeded the standard (among them, the frequency of Hg exceeded the standard was higher), other heavy metals did not exceed the standard, and the occurrence of heavy metals in waste water was related to geology. The process of "primary sedimentation coagulation sedimentation filtration" was used to treat wastewater. The primary sedimentation was mainly used to remove large particle suspended matter, coagulation, and precipitation to remove fine particles and heavy metals. The results show that each index of the treated wastewater meets the requirement of discharge, the cost of treatment is 0.51 yuan / m3, and the economy is good.
