堿侵蝕對玄武巖纖維瀝青性能影響改善研究

【摘要】:為增強玄武巖纖維(BF)在瀝青中的加筋及增強效果,采用1.0 mol/L及2.5 mol/L的Na OH溶液對BF進行表面處理,通過環(huán)境掃描電鏡和紅外光光譜試驗對其表面細觀形貌進行了細觀觀測,原樣BF表面光滑,Na OH處理后的BF呈現(xiàn)明顯的皮芯結構,且隨著Na OH的濃度及處理時間的增加,BF的羥基含量越高;通過軟化點、5℃延度、車轍因子及環(huán)境掃描電鏡試驗等,研究了玄武巖纖維瀝青的高、低溫性能及拉拔斷口形貌,隨著BF的侵蝕程度越大,玄武巖纖維瀝青性能越好,且得到了Na OH對BF侵蝕的最佳處理時間和濃度分別為45 min、2.5 mol/L。
