鋼-UHPC輕型組合梁橋面板結(jié)構(gòu)型式研究

【摘要】:提出了鋼—UHPC輕型組合橋梁結(jié)構(gòu),以克服傳統(tǒng)鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁混凝土橋面板的不足。(1)從基本力學(xué)性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面對(duì)輕型組合梁和傳統(tǒng)組合梁進(jìn)行對(duì)比,表明輕型組合梁具有自重低,力學(xué)性能優(yōu)越,施工方便快捷,全壽命經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著等特征,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。(2)對(duì)等厚板、帶縱肋橋面板、華夫橋面板3種結(jié)構(gòu)型式的UHPC橋面板進(jìn)行有限元分析,結(jié)果表明:華夫橋面板豎向位移最小,整體剛度最大;帶縱(橫)肋橋面板僅縱肋下緣縱向拉應(yīng)力最大,只需在縱肋下緣配置縱向受拉鋼筋;華夫橋面板方案橫向拉應(yīng)力峰值小于較帶縱肋方案。(3)基于華夫橋面板方案開(kāi)展了足尺條帶模型試驗(yàn),正負(fù)彎矩試驗(yàn)的初裂應(yīng)力分別為19.4 MPa和9.1 MPa,華夫橋面板方案能夠滿足正常使用極限狀態(tài)的裂縫限值。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional steel-concrete composite structure concrete deck slab, the steel-UHPC light-duty composite bridge structure is proposed. (1) the light composite beam and the traditional composite beam are compared in terms of basic mechanical properties and economy. The results show that the light composite beam has the characteristics of low deadweight, superior mechanical properties, convenient construction, remarkable economic benefit and so on. It has a good application prospect. (2) the uniform thick plate, the bridge deck with longitudinal rib, etc. The finite element analysis of UHPC deck slab with three types of structure shows that the vertical displacement of Wafu deck slab is the smallest and the overall stiffness is the largest. The longitudinal tensile stress of the bridge floor with longitudinal (transverse) rib is the largest only at the lower edge of the longitudinal rib, and only longitudinal tensile reinforcement should be arranged at the lower edge of the longitudinal rib. (3) the full-scale strip model test was carried out based on the Wafu bridge deck scheme, and the initial crack stress of positive and negative moment test was 19.4 MPa and 9.1 MPa, respectively. The Wafer bridge deck scheme can meet the crack limit of the normal service limit state.
