基于圍巖蠕變和注漿漿液硬化的盾構隧道力學特性研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic construction, the demand for all kinds of mineral resources is increasing. As an indispensable energy source, the consumption of coal has increased sharply compared with the past. Some major coal mines in China have gradually entered the stage of deep mining. With the development of technology, shield / TBM method has gradually become an effective method for the safe and efficient construction of long distance inclined wells in coal mines. The shield tunnel of inclined shaft in coal mine usually has the characteristics of large buried depth and long distance, so the formation conditions and the stress field of surrounding rock are more complicated. Because of the long life of design and the increase of time, the creep effect of surrounding rock on the force of shield tunnel lining structure can not be ignored. At the same time, in the course of shield tunneling construction, in order to prevent soil loosening around the segment, synchronous grouting and timely backwall grouting are needed because of the existence of shield tail gap. After injection of post-wall grouting fluid, the fluid is gradually consolidated and hardened into solids, and a protective ring layer is formed around the segment, which is used as the bearing structure together with the segment lining. The existence of slurry hardening ring and the change of mechanical properties in the process of slurry hardening will affect the force of lining structure. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the influence mechanism of surrounding rock creep and grouting hardening on the stress of lining structure for the deep shield tunnel. In this paper, based on the shield tunneling project of inclined shaft in Shenhua Shendong Bulinta Coal Mine, the related laboratory tests are carried out on the grouting behind the wall of the tunnel, and the variation law of the performance of the grouting behind the wall of the shield tunneling with the ratio of slurry to cement and CS volume ratio is obtained. Thus, it provides a reference for the concrete construction. Then, according to the influence of surrounding rock creep and slurry hardening on tunnel lining structure, the relevant numerical model is established, and the shield tunnel lining structure is simulated by ANSYS finite element software only considering the surrounding rock creep. Considering the creep of surrounding rock and the effect of grouting hardening circle and considering the variation law of stress characteristics of grouting fluid hardening process after wall grouting, the variation law of force characteristics of shield tunnel segment lining under different influence factors is obtained. It provides a certain reference for actual construction.
