滾裝甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)點(diǎn)選擇與多車型調(diào)度優(yōu)化

【摘要】:我國(guó)開展和推廣甩掛運(yùn)輸已有多年,但也暴露出不少問題,比如,制度不夠完善、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沒有統(tǒng)一、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施比較薄弱、甩掛運(yùn)輸研究方法不夠系統(tǒng)等,這些都是制約我國(guó)甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的重要因素,也是當(dāng)下研究甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的重要課題。其中,與國(guó)外研究相比,國(guó)內(nèi)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯恐饕且赃\(yùn)作組織模式、調(diào)度作業(yè)方面為主,缺乏在甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)選址、甩掛車多車型利用、與其他運(yùn)輸方式融合運(yùn)作等方面的實(shí)例研究。與傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸方式相比,甩掛運(yùn)輸不但具有投入成本低、運(yùn)營(yíng)效率高、節(jié)能減排效果好的特點(diǎn),它還具備可以與多種運(yùn)輸組織方式相互融合的特點(diǎn)。甩掛運(yùn)輸與其他運(yùn)輸組織方式進(jìn)行有機(jī)融合,不但能更好地發(fā)揮甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)臐摿?而且更是符合我國(guó)發(fā)展綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系的要求。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,以東北、山東、江浙等地區(qū)開展?jié)L裝甩掛運(yùn)輸為實(shí)例研究,對(duì)跨渤海滾裝甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃。在甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)選址方面應(yīng)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)城市進(jìn)行歸類分析,為甩掛運(yùn)輸場(chǎng)站建設(shè)地點(diǎn)的選擇提供研究依據(jù),并從車輛路徑優(yōu)化資源配置角度對(duì)多種車型的甩掛車進(jìn)行配置和調(diào)度。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先對(duì)跨渤海灣滾裝甩掛運(yùn)輸港口和網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的選取,建立甩掛運(yùn)輸潛力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,綜合考慮了定性和定量指標(biāo),利用模糊c-均值聚類算法對(duì)樣本城市進(jìn)行篩選和分析;然后,進(jìn)行車輛路徑優(yōu)化配置,包括對(duì)車型選擇、牽引車和掛車數(shù)量?jī)?yōu)化配置,考慮時(shí)間窗、多車型等情況,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型。最后,結(jié)合算例分析,利用模擬退火算法對(duì)模型求解,得出車輛配置類型、數(shù)量以及調(diào)度路線,并與單一甩掛車車型模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了甩掛車多車型應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Our country has been carrying out and popularizing the transport of hanging and dumping for many years, but it has also exposed many problems. For example, the system is not perfect, the technical standards are not unified, the infrastructure is relatively weak, and the research methods of the transportation for throwing and hanging are not systematic enough, and so on. These are the important factors that restrict the development of the transport in China, and also the important subject of the research on the development of the transport. Among them, compared with foreign research, the research of domestic swing and hang transportation is mainly based on the operation organization mode, scheduling operation, lack of location of the node in the transportation network, and the use of more than one type of trailer. A case study on integration with other modes of transport. Compared with the traditional transportation mode, swing and hang transport not only has the characteristics of low input cost, high operation efficiency, good effect of energy saving and emission reduction, but also has the characteristics that can be integrated with various transportation organizations. The organic integration of swing and hang transportation with other transportation organizations can not only give full play to the potential of swing and hang transportation, but also meet the requirements of developing a comprehensive transportation system in China. Based on the actual situation, this paper takes the case study of ro-ro rolling transportation in Northeast China, Shandong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and so on, and designs and plans the transportation network of ro-ro rolling and hanging across the Bohai Sea. The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to classify and analyze the location of the transportation network node, which provides the research basis for the choice of the construction site of the transportation station. And from the point of view of vehicle path optimization resource allocation, the parking trailer of many types of vehicles is configured and scheduled. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the evaluation index system of the transportation potential is established for the selection of the port and network node of ro-ro swing and hanging transport across the Bohai Bay, and the qualitative and quantitative indexes are considered synthetically. The fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is used to screen and analyze the sample cities. Then, the optimal configuration of vehicle path is carried out, including the selection of vehicle type, the optimal allocation of the number of tractor and trailer, the consideration of time window, multi-type and so on, and the establishment of mathematical model. Finally, with the example analysis, the model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm, the vehicle configuration type, quantity and dispatching route are obtained, and compared with the single trailer model, the advantages of multi-model application of trailer dump are verified.
