盾構(gòu)施工近接樁基的影響研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展城市化腳步不斷加快,城區(qū)人口數(shù)量不斷增加,城區(qū)交通承受能力越來越不足,城市交通擁擠問題急需緩解,因此,在我國很多大中城市都在修建地鐵,充分利用地下空間來緩解交通問題。地鐵修建一般都是在人口眾多、建筑物密集的市區(qū)中進行的。所以盾構(gòu)地鐵施工會不可避免的對周圍建(構(gòu))筑物如,高層建筑物、高鐵、高架橋的等產(chǎn)生影響。由于上述提到的建(構(gòu))筑物一般使用樁基礎(chǔ)。所以研究當(dāng)盾構(gòu)臨近基樁施工對樁體的影響具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。目前,合肥地鐵一號線和二號線正在施工,本文依據(jù)合肥地鐵工程實例,通過理論分析、數(shù)值模擬分析和現(xiàn)場實測等分析手段結(jié)合起來的方法,對在盾構(gòu)法隧道施工對鄰近樁基影響進行了分析與研究。具體通過以下步驟來實現(xiàn):1、首先在閱讀大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于盾構(gòu)法施工對樁體影響的研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用工分析法推導(dǎo)出盾構(gòu)近接樁體施工時,樁體的位移沉降公式。2、其次結(jié)合合肥實際工程實例,運用大型有限元軟件MIDAS NX動態(tài)模擬了盾構(gòu)法施工對周圍地層及樁體的影響,分析盾構(gòu)掘進時,周圍土體和基樁的位移反應(yīng)規(guī)律。并與實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對比,分析所建立模型是否合理以及數(shù)據(jù)偏差的原因。3、在上述模型基礎(chǔ)上,考慮了當(dāng)?shù)罔F隧道與樁體不同空間位置時,盾構(gòu)地鐵施工對樁體的影響,得出了隧道與樁體的安全范圍。4、最后本文總結(jié)了盾構(gòu)施工近接樁基的一些著重控制點和常用工程保護措施,以后類似工程可以作為參考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of economy, the pace of urbanization is accelerating, the number of urban population is increasing, the urban traffic carrying capacity is becoming more and more insufficient, the problem of urban traffic congestion needs to be alleviated urgently, therefore, many large and medium-sized cities in our country are building subway. Make full use of underground space to alleviate traffic problems. Subway construction is generally carried out in densely populated urban areas. So the shield construction will inevitably have an impact on the surrounding buildings such as high-rise buildings, high-speed rail, viaducts and so on. As the above mentioned building (construction) generally uses pile foundation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of shield construction on pile body. At present, Hefei Metro Line 1 and Line 2 are under construction. According to the example of Hefei Metro Project, this paper combines theoretical analysis, numerical simulation analysis and field measurement. The influence of shield tunnel construction on adjacent pile foundation is analyzed and studied. Firstly, on the basis of reading a lot of literature, the paper summarizes the research status of shield construction on pile body at home and abroad, and on this basis, This paper deduces the displacement and settlement formula of the shield near connecting pile by using the method of engineering analysis. Secondly, combining with the actual engineering example in Hefei, the influence of shield construction on the surrounding strata and pile body is simulated dynamically by using the large-scale finite element software MIDAS NX. The displacement response law of surrounding soil and foundation pile during shield tunneling is analyzed. Compared with the actual monitoring data, the paper analyzes whether the established model is reasonable and the reasons of the data deviation. 3. On the basis of the above model, the influence of shield tunneling construction on the pile body is considered when the subway tunnel and pile body are in different spatial positions. The safety range of tunnel and pile body is obtained. 4. Finally, this paper summarizes some important control points and common engineering protection measures for the near connection pile foundation in shield construction, which can be used as a reference in the future.
