鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路板式無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:本文所研究的鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路板式無砟軌道位于我國黑龍江省與俄羅斯交界處。對(duì)于在鋼桁梁橋上直接放置無砟軌道板,以及鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路的軌道形式,目前都缺乏理論研究和工程實(shí)踐。因此,本文針對(duì)鋼杵梁橋上套軌線路板式無砟軌道這一結(jié)構(gòu)形式,通過理論計(jì)算和室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)的方式進(jìn)行研究,得到了以下結(jié)論:1.建立了套軌線路軌道板的垂向受力分析模型,在對(duì)軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的受力進(jìn)行計(jì)算后,針對(duì)軌道板的承載力和配筋進(jìn)行檢算。軌道板的各項(xiàng)檢算指標(biāo)均在容許范圍內(nèi),其在設(shè)計(jì)彎矩作用下的承載能力得到了驗(yàn)證。建立了鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路無砟軌道系統(tǒng)的模態(tài)分析模型,對(duì)軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析后,得到了系統(tǒng)前30階模態(tài)。軌道系統(tǒng)的自振頻率在138Hz以上,由于軌道較短,且約束狀態(tài)較高,軌道的自振頻率較高。軌道系統(tǒng)的自振頻率避開了橋梁的自振頻率以及列車荷載的激振頻率,可以有效避免共振。2.建立了鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路無砟軌道的無縫線路計(jì)算模型,對(duì)橋梁伸縮、列車制動(dòng)、橋梁撓曲三種工況下的鋼軌縱向力分布進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析和鋼軌強(qiáng)度檢算,對(duì)鋼軌斷軌工況下的斷縫值進(jìn)行了檢算。結(jié)果顯示,在橋梁溫度變化幅度以及鋼軌溫度變化幅度較低時(shí),能夠直接鋪設(shè)無縫線路;軌溫及橋梁溫度變化超過50℃時(shí),就需要考慮采用特殊工程措施。另外,對(duì)特殊工況下的計(jì)算分析發(fā)現(xiàn),軌道板與縱梁之間的聯(lián)接阻力對(duì)各工況下的計(jì)算結(jié)果都有較為顯著的影響;鋼桁梁橋的下平縱聯(lián)的橫桿及斜桿剛度較小,在列車荷載條件下縱梁的撓度過大,會(huì)引起梁縫附件扣件的上拔力超限,建議在梁縫附近的扣件采用扣壓力較大的特殊扣件或者增加下平縱聯(lián)橫桿及斜桿的剛度。3.通過一系列室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),對(duì)鋼桁梁橋上套軌線路無砟軌道的安全性、穩(wěn)定性、耐久性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。通過軌道板靜載抗裂試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了軌道板在設(shè)計(jì)彎矩下的靜載抗裂性能;通過軌道結(jié)構(gòu)施工工藝演示試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了軌道結(jié)構(gòu)施工的可行性;通過軌道結(jié)構(gòu)組裝疲勞性能試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證結(jié)構(gòu)在疲勞荷載下的安全性、穩(wěn)定性和耐久性;通過軌道結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力及位移測(cè)試,在靜載和動(dòng)載作用下,觀測(cè)軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力和位移情況,進(jìn)一步明確軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的受力與變形規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The board type ballastless track on the steel truss bridge is located at the junction of Heilongjiang Province and Russia. There is a lack of theoretical research and engineering practice for the direct placement of ballastless track slabs on steel truss bridges and for the track form of steel truss bridges. Therefore, according to the structure form of the track board type ballastless track on the steel pestle beam bridge, through theoretical calculation and laboratory test, the following conclusions are obtained: 1. The vertical force analysis model of track slab is established, and the bearing capacity and reinforcement of track slab are calculated after the calculation of the load on track structure. The load capacity of track slab under the action of design moment is verified. The modal analysis model of the ballastless track system of the track jacketed track on a steel truss bridge is established. After the modal analysis of the track structure is carried out, the first 30 modes of the system are obtained. The natural vibration frequency of track system is above 138Hz, because of the short track and high constraint state, the natural vibration frequency of track is higher. The natural vibration frequency of the track system avoids the natural vibration frequency of the bridge and the exciting frequency of the train load, which can effectively avoid the resonance. In this paper, the calculation model of seamless track for the ballastless track on the steel truss bridge is established. The longitudinal force distribution of the rail under the three working conditions of bridge expansion and expansion, train braking and bridge deflection is calculated and the rail strength is checked and calculated. The fracture value of rail under the condition of rail breaking is checked and calculated. The results show that the jointless track can be laid directly when the variation of bridge temperature and rail temperature is low, and the special engineering measures should be considered when the temperature of rail and bridge is more than 50 鈩,
