【摘要】：參考道路交通中的沖突延誤時(shí)間概念,考慮交通沖突局面對(duì)船舶航行效率的影響,定義水上交通沖突延誤時(shí)間,提出沖突閾值的概念,對(duì)某"T"形交匯水域進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,構(gòu)建基于沖突閾值的交匯水域沖突局面等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為量化船舶潛在航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和水域安全評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Referring to the concept of conflict delay time in road traffic, considering the influence of traffic conflict situation on ship navigation efficiency, the paper defines the delay time of water traffic conflict, puts forward the concept of conflict threshold, and collects the data of a "T" intersection water area. Based on the conflict threshold, the evaluation criteria of the conflict situation in the intersection waters are constructed, which provide the basis for quantifying the ship's potential navigation risk and the evaluation of the water area safety.
